Ik this isn’t really the place to ask, it how do you guys edit a picture into each frame of a gif? I have had an idea for a week or two.

 

With an editing program/software.

Gimp(free), Adobe Photoshop (kinda free if you try)
If you just want to edit each frame of a base gif to add text or something, you can just use giphy or gifs.com for simplicity.

 

You can use Gimp, but prepare for extreme frustration and time commitment. I'd suggest you first spend time learning the basic skills of how to photoshop a picture through practice and watching short tutorials. Then start watching some tutorials on how to edit gifs in Gimp. It's a long process, takes some commitment to learn this stuff... at least in my experience.
