Hello!
I`d like to know why was I banned for 15 days.

Did I cheat?
Did I kill eXo the VIP for no reason? ( I have proof that he was a T. )
Or was a false banned?​

Evidence of Innocence:

Proof why I killed eXo:
I saw the corpse of meme`d lying on the ground.
It says he was killed by an AWP.
I checked the tower if someone was there.
Then I saw eXo holding an AWP.
After that, I shot him. And he reported me of RDM​

Now as to why it's RDM. As I already explained in our private conversation, it's RDM because you killed based on things that only add up to suspicion.
From our extended rules:


Weapon and location do not in themselves justify killing someone. As you've explained here, you saw that eXo had an AWP when you looked in the tower, and since meme'd had been killed by AWP, you then KOS'd eXo.
However, as seen below, you didn't actually see eXo shoot. And in the time between you inspecting the body and noticing the kill by AWP, the original killer could've jumped the tower or went down the ladder after dropping AWP, only to have someone else (eXo) pick it up and unwittingly get himself killed for a crime he did not commit.

While in this case, it was indeed eXo, it was my judgment that you did not have sufficient proof to confirm him as the killer, as you didn't directly see the shot.
I was going to ask you what other proof you had, but before I could, you had already left and consequently I gave you the ban.

Before I conclude this appeal, I'd like to ask you what, if any, other reason(s)/proof you had when killing eXo.

I will not be unbanning you at this time, the ban will be in place for the remaining 10 days.
In the future, I urge you to stay until reports against you are handled.
You can always ask the online staff member if you're free to leave via admin chat.

I also recommend getting more familiar with our rules to avoid situations like this altogether.
The ban is local to (US) Vanilla, you're welcome to play on any of our other servers in the meantime.
