Fridays deserve to be cherished for what they are; a reward for the every kid for surviving the school week, a reward for the every man surviving a work week, or in some cases both. I was thinking, we could make them a little extra special on our SGM servers and reward players with something a little extra for spending time on the blessed day. A few ideas I had range from the basic to the crazy. The simplest thing to do would be to offer more rewards in the form of points. Increasing the point gain rate for all players by x, increasing points won from fun rounds, artificially give the lottery a bigger starting pot are all ideas that can enacted. Maybe offer non donators discounted point shop weapon purchases that day too, who knows. Another possibility would be reward players with a unique experience. Such possibilities for this category would be allow custom weapons to spawn in vanilla servers on the day or introducing more overpowered mechanics to play around with, such as a "random item" button in the pointshop to allow both detectives and traitors to try and highroll for a second health station/knife, and get stuck with binoculars or a silencer instead. Now, the one thing I don't know about is timezones; as we are a global community nailing this to one particular day in a particular time zone might be unfair. Something that would need further discussion below. I understand the concept of this may come off as greedy or unneeded; we already have a few events that introduce similiar things during their durations. However, I think this may be ultimately beneficial to our community by having a set weekly event to look forward to, and will keep the eventless dry spells a bit more fresh.
Either we do West coast time (as that is usually what we do) or we do UTC. Either way, a day is a day.

Maybe add the April fools weapons but nerf them so they don’t kill everyone, and boost points by x2 for regulars and x3 for (any) donator? That may be too much. Anyway good suggestion

I got a suggestion (although people can abuse it) is to have it start on the server time. East servers starts at 12:00AM ET (starting day) and ends at 12:00AM (the following day) at ET. So on for west servers/vanilla and EU servers (on their own timezone that the servers follow).
