Explain the case:

I was banned for harassment by this mod because I'd used the word "nigger" now even though I'd used it in a joking manner I was still banned this is false as it was done in jest.
As I've stated in my ban appeal I don't harass people on any platform whatsoever and anyone can see in the clip provided I had never targeted anyone because of their race and I can't emphasise this enough Im RELATED to people of colour ffs; so the fact that I'm banned for this is ridiculous and I hope the clip provided gives an appropriate amount of context to the situation in which I was banned.​

**To make a quick clarification even if I wasn't related to any black person the situation which had caused me to be banned is still ridiculous and I don't want to turn this into any kind of racial issue

To add to this no one on the server had seemed to mind the liberal use of the obscenity EXCEPT for Senpai himself

Especially when you're not in a circle of friends who condone the usage of "nigger" freely, and are rather in a public server with 15+ others, it generally won't be taken as lightly. The term itself already implies a harsh prejudice towards a group of people; it barely makes it less offensive to be saying it in a joking manner.

I've reviewed all of the evidence that was presented here. Harassment in itself is a discretionary punishment- different staff members will have different tolerances for it. In the video displayed by Senpai not only do I hear you calling the traitors an extremely offensive term, but you also called the admins the same term, and furthermore, Senpai provided evidence that others were offended and had asked you to stop. You then returned, and began to use the slur again. While alone, this last usage may have not been considered harassment- with the context provided before your kick this absolutely can constitute as harassment.

After reviewing everything, I see that Senpai's actions were appropriate and that he did not deviate from protocol. I would suggest you refrain calling other players that word in the future, even if it is in a joking manner.
