I was banned for a Gore Spray which only had blood on it. I don't think it was too bad but I will change it because of the ban.​

Image or not, rules are straightforward on this.

Even if it's porn drawing, it's still a ban. Same thing applies for other categories of sprays, including gore.

 

So that means even though I'll change it I will not be getting an unban?

 

I will offer some leniency, but no. The rules are straightforward, and your spray/drawing was basically textbook definition of gore spray.
