What the fuck? Hacking+history? What the hell, how would I have a history of hacking when the first time I used it was today and was a pure accident since I thought I removed the menu from my game but apparently not. I swear to god my aimbot being activated was not on purpose, however, I was using it on a different server since some turd decided to hack so I injected mine and the battle of the hacks commenced D:. After I left the server I removed the hack from my injector and I was certain it wouldn't have an effect but that obviously wasn't the case. I guess I should've taken extra care in removing the menu so that was on me, and I fully accept my mistake.
I hope the administration team will understand that I had no intent on using the aimbot, but that is up to them and I realise I can't do anything more to try and shift their decision so it's on them now.​

There really is no evidence for this appeal except this, so yeah, enjoy. Oh yeah, and the 'history' part of the ban is really confusing me since i havent been banned for it before...​

depending on if the cheat itself was the .dll (which I doubt it) then you would have had to use a Lua file. Every time you relog you have to manually activate the Lua files so seeerrrriiiooouuussslllyyy doubt that you "accidentally" typed out in console to exec the Lua file.



Also little tip for your next hvh, you have to completely close the game for the injected .dll to be removed. Simply removing it from extreme injector won't remove it in game.

 

the cheat itself was that bigpackets was which is a dll file, i had injected when i opened the game and i thought removing it would remove the cheat

I'm just going to skip going over my evidence for now as you've admitted to hacking. I'll be going over the history part below, but just to clear up some misconceptions, it's based off your server history - not your hacking history.

You've been a part of the forums for awhile now - since January 9th, to be precise. I'm not sure what goes into the forum algorithm, but you're classified as a well-known member here at SGM. You're getting close to 1k hours on the servers. Long story short, you're a regular. You should know the rules.

I'm going to refer to Agent A's ban on you less than a month ago. To paraphrase his reasoning, your history on our servers is awful. You've been global banned in the past, you've been banned from the forums, and just recently, you even got banned from deathrun. Agent's ban should have been a wake up call. I'm not saying you should have woken up every morning and pledged allegiance to the motd and the extended rules, but that you should have understood that you needed to stop your behavior, or else heavier punishments would follow.

Fast forward from that ban by Agent, you've managed to get yourself banned four more times: A refusal to change your name that was targeting another player, a mass RDM ban, a harassment ban on Deathrun, and now this hacking ban. You have shown time and time again that you simply don't care to follow the rules of our community.

If a relatively new player was in the same situation as yourself, I doubt they would have a global ban. There's even a slight chance some forgiving staff member would lift the ban entirely, but that's a long shot. Unfortunately, due to your own choices, you've basically globalized yourself. A player whose trying to appeal his sixth offense of RDM and Leave may try to appeal, citing internet issues, but at some point his history is going to speak against him.

Like that player, your rule-breaking may have been unintentional. But then I look at your history on our servers, hosting a blatant disregard for the rules, and I simply cannot trust your explanation enough to believe it. Please take this ban and consider how you want to act when it expires.
