The HK SL8 has low recoil and extremely high accuracy, combine this with a high fire rate/clip size and this is one of the most trivial guns to use. In TTT, movement is either spamming jump or doing a minor jog,which further trivializes the gun.

 

A player using a certain weapon repeatedly will result in that player being good with the said weapon.

I use the AK all the time, and at times you can just hip fire it and score head shot kills

Spraying with an SL8 literally means death for you as based from my experience and what I've seen from others, you actually need to aim and NOT hold the fire button.

Aim better or think of better strats to beat an SL8 user. (Try using a DB and closing in the distance, or something.)

Better aim won't help if they have the ability to insta kill you with ease. Using a DB won't consistently shutdown the SL8 as it's an extremely rare weapon and they can outrange you.

"Get good" Changing my movements won't help much, the SL8 user will easily adapt to bunny hopping, crouch spam, strafing, etc. THEY can insta gib you. EASILY. The movements are slow.

Tbh I think the ak is more overpowered, the HK requires skill if you can't land headshots you won't kill someone unless they also potato. Easy counter crouch jump all around I really don't see why people complain about this gun. It is a good gun yes when used by the correct user but it's easy to counter.

 

The SL8 isn't god tier like I say it is, I stand corrected, but what advantage do the other snipers have over the SL8? The SL8 has a whopping 20 mag size, laser accuracy, and is full auto. Honestly the lower body shot damage should not matter with the gun being automatic. In my opinion, a single, loud shot from the bolt action rifle has the same chance of getting you caught at the same time via shooting multiple shots from an auto. Each weapon type has pros and cons. You have the AK-47, devastating damage, but extremely high recoil and cone. On the other hand you have the M16, which sacrifices damage, but is in general more accurate. I ask you, does the HK SL8 have any cons compared to other snipers? The SL8 excels in mag size, higher fire rate, better accuracy, which is what REALLY matters in a sniper. The smaller scope zoom is one thing, but TTT has generally smaller maps, I really only see it helping in factory or that massive map, ns streets I believe.



hk sl8 is noticably better than all the other snipers, which is very bad, it needs some cons. it makes you question the use of other snipers.

I exaggerated when saying laser accuracy, and maybe I'm very wrong with this, but the SL8 is just so much more accurate than the scout, and that just adds to the list of advantages the SL8 has over other snipers.

If u think about it in all games with guns in them, there's always gonna be one or two guns that are more overpowered than the other guns. I think the hk is fine as it is imo. Using the gun can also help beginners land more headshots easily.
