Why you should be unbanned:

I got banned at 06/26/17 07:23PM for RDM and Leave (3rd offense). I have no idea why I got banned for this, especially since I didn't leave...​

Hey @Good Noodle, thanks for taking the time to appeal your ban here on the forums.

I joined East2 yesterday late at night after dealing with reports on Eunilla after someone asked for staff and found this report against you.

Then the very next round after you got slain you and a few others left the server. As seen here

Now I would like to ask you a question, why did you leave during your slay?
You know our rules well enough to know that you have to wait the whole round when slain.

 

I have a few questions as I do not remember too much about leaving.
Did I hop on another server, or did I just disconnect?
Did you join after I made that report? (I am 75% sure there were no staff on when I answered the report.)
and finally, Why was this 3rd offense? (I don't remember getting slain for any other reason, or accidentally rdming anyone.)

I was in a teamspeak with friends and was multitasking multiple games, so I may have been caught up and just left, but I need some clarity first.

 

I didn't see you type the !hop command before you left because I was alive at the time and I didn't check the servers list after you left. I have no idea.
I am pretty sure I joined after the report was made but you still left after I assigned the slay. (I asked my admin if this was considered RDM and leave and he confirmed that it was)
This was your 3rd offense because you recently got banned for your 2nd offense on 06/11/17.

 

That 2nd offense ban expired and was on a different server, you mean to tell me it stacks?

 

Yes. The statute of limitations for your 2nd offense is set to expire in 12 weeks and 3 days. So for that reason it was your 3rd offense.

 

Wow, I wish I knew about that.

Regardless, I accidentally left with the slay unknowingly due to me being in 2 different games and in a teamspeak as well.
If you wish to keep this ban on me, it is your choice ultimately. If not, I'd be glad to serve out that slay.

 

After thinking about this for a while, I understand your situation and I will be unbanning you on East2 but I wont be voiding the ban meaning that your next RDM and leave will be your 4th offense, a way longer ban than this one.
I will also be adding 1 slay to your steamid for you to serve next time you join East2.
Be extremely careful in the future as your next ban for RDM and leave ban could be a globalized ban.
