I had no intention of causing micspam at all, I respect the server and staff of the community. I did ask anyone who had a mic to talk I did not mean to cause a ruckus but I had no control on how people used their mics, I did not ask them to scream or do anything similar to it. I was expecting anyone with a mic to say "I have a mic" or "Hello" not scream like chimpanzees.​

I had you banned for Mic Spam Instigation on Vanilla on the 1st of this month.

As you can hear in the video you will hear a female voice say that they are going to message me. The male voice in this video even jumps into our Teamspeak to ask Panda if he wants this shadowplayed. If you remember that day, I did come in and help @Panda With a Gun out on US Vanilla. I came in to many of people talking and spamming chat. I told Panda to just worry about the reports and ill get the spammers whether it be in voice or text chat. Most people stopped when I started muting and gagging people. You sadly were one of them that started the whole thing as seen in the video and one of the main people who caused me to hop on and help Panda.

Do you have anything to say about this before I talk to POP STAR and other staff members about this?

Sorry for the late reply, I was asleep. When I was playing people were starting to use their mics a lot more and there was even some people that I didn't know even had mics, I wanted to see who had one. I asked and a few people did respond with "Hello" and "I HAVE A MIC" (even though some were horrible quality) but I'm not going to deny that the majority of the people screamed. I did not mean to make it difficult to staff and I apologize for all the trouble I've caused.

 

I have discussed this and have lifted your ban. But let this be a warning Kyle. If you are caught doing this again the consequences will be harsher than this one.
