Reason For Report:

I was killed on suspicion by "Mike 'you fap I zap' Pence". In the report he claims he saw me shooting and I was kos'd over voice, however I had video proof via shadowplay that he only heard me shooting (which I said in my part of the report), and I was kos'd over voice AFTER he had already killed me.

Hyper was the mod on at the time. I asked him if he needed the video recording of what happened, to which he replied 'But do you really want to go through all that trouble' (Pic below). I said Yes, my t round was ruined by being killed on sus rather than actual evidence. Hyper then told me to show him the video tomorrow, because he was tired and wanted to sleep. I can understand being tired and wanting to sleep, but I was already in the process of uploading the video - it would have been a 60 second wait, but he left before I could even finish typing that. Plus, what are you going to do - go back and add a slay the next day??​

I love hyper, played endless l4d2 and gmod with him but i have to agree, when on the server with as a mod it feels like no mod is on.

There was a blatant hacker on, which i told hyper to spectate and record, however he told me no, so I went and record and got evidence. I show the moderator evidence and said "this is not enough evidence" but when i asked other moderators they claim its more than enough (had to forum report). this is the only statement i have proof to back up.

The other thing that really made me look the other way is when i was on, hyper was mod, and i was asking him questions about my slay and never got a single response. I sent 5 pms (in game) over the remainder of the round (aboiut 6 minutes) and never got a single reply. During the whole round he was ghosting a prop flying around the map, but couldn't respond? idk

I feel he has a good understanding of the rules but needs to either be 100% in or not at all, seems like he coasts his way through dealing with people in game

To add to Owned's Points I'd also like to add my experiences with Hyper. Whenever he gets questioned about his decisions, such as a slay. He avoids confrontation.

This has also happened to me but he left the server rather than staying.
I'm only posting this so that maybe he gets retrained because it seems that it isn't only happening to me but to many other people as well. Plus, it is Staff's responsibility to enforce the rules.

EDIT: In my case I can assure you he "wasnt busy" bc he had time to talk in normal chat.He should have seen my PMs 100%

Hello, @Satan's pretty cool and thank you for taking the time to report me here on the forums. Let's hop right into it.

So I was on East yesterday and I getting near the end of my day on the server. I was doing some last reports, the last report being your report. You explained the gist of it quite well in the OP-You shoot someone, he hears you and kills you on suspicion but he claims that he saw you and someone had KOSed you on mic. Also shown in your recording was clear evidence that he lied/loopholed and did not see you nor were there any KOSes. In my head at the time, the logical idea was that the recording would take quite a bit of time and that I had you on my friends list and you could also contact me via TeamSpeak/Discord, so I could get some well-needed sleep and get the video the next day and throw the slay on the SteamID which I have already done. Hindsight is always a killer, but in this case, I should have investigated the report to the fullest extent at the time. I apologize for any conveniences that may have been laid upon you in my mistake and will take this as a learning experience rather than a beat down.

The fact of real life coming before staffing is old as it is true. Many times, staff of all ranks have had to leave servers to attend to more important things, no matter how toxic the servers may be or how many reports come in during a round. However, this scenario does not completely fit into the aforementioned situations. The problem I see is that Hyper took the report, but didn't go all the way to finishing it. Waiting a couple more minutes if it took that long, or even leaving but being more concise in communication, would have solved the issue. Unfortunately, those steps were not taken, and therefore this report will be valid. I've gone ahead and spoken to Hyper about this, and I'm sure he will make sure things like this don't happen again.
