What happened was i was in disquise i popped out of a vent to kill somone (with a t sniper) Carned clearly saw it but didnt know who it was (i didnt know he saw it) I go back down walk to the ladder to see if anyone could have seen in the vent (2 people were in it me and another t) I take off my disquice get my normal weapons out which carned didnt know i had so couldn't have killed me due to that but as soon as I popped out he killed me without warning.
I said why he killed me and he was saying about i was the only one in the vent which I wasnt which i said what you read below and here was his reply.

This basically meant if an inno passed ether i could have climbed the ladder and they passed or they could have been ontop and jumped down and passed carned would have killed them without warning.
There were 1 mod 1 trial mod but idk if they can ban mods.​

If you look at the dmg logs u see me put it on kill someone then take it off before he killed me.
I'm also told it was

I explained this to you in game, but nonetheless here we go again.

I saw a player (which was you), disguised shoot the Gauss rifle. The pop down, within 10 seconds you popped back up. within that time frame anyone in the vent here would have seen a player with a disguiser on and thus would have been Guilty by Association.
It would not of mattered who came out of that vent. The very small time from from you shooting the Gauss rifle and reappearing makes it so anyone there is GBA. To clarify, anyone who was appearing out of that vent would have been shot by myself or the other players who witnessed it.

To clarify GBA for you: "This rule is the act of being near a player that is committing traitorous acts at that moment and doing nothing to stop them." Which is what everyone in the vent did, add this alongside the common sense ruling: e: "In TTT, common sense and logic is huge. You may kill on these grounds, if it implies 100% certainty. This also works for unseen traitorous acts, regardless of the stigma that shrouds this area of the game. You may kill for something you have not seen, only if you have 100% certainty". These two rulings together made it so that anyone who exited that vent would have been GBA for seeing you with a disguise on when you entered the vent, the amount of players in there is irrelevant when discussing GBA. As to clarify your "I could have taken the ladder, yes you could have but that doesn't exclude that anyone who came out the vent would have witnessed you disguised and using a Gauss rifle in that short time period.

Yes those were my kills but i removed the disquise the split second i was out of view from above and like i said, 1 possibility could have been an innocent was ontop (where the ladder is) and as i pass they could have dropped down. So both ways they wouldn't have seen my disquise. Yes maybe the possibility from below could have but at the same time they could have got in right as i remove it. But remember the chance of an inno above they wouldnt have seen me remove it since id have to be at the ladder for them to see.

 

You can see in the logs that it takes you 6 seconds to remove your disguise, ample time for players to be be GBA,

 

still remember about the possibility about innocent ontop of the ladder who wouldnt have seen it.

 

I highly doubt this considering the small time frame, however if @Opalium agrees with you then I'll happily serve the slay.

 

Just because i want to know. What if that chance happened where an inno was ontop of ladder i wasnt in disquise and they passed and u killed them. (the inno not knowing about what happened)?

 

Then it would be RDM because you didn't have you Disguise on, the small time frame is why i killed you for GBA.

 

Just want to add this cuz I got a messge about this but he/she has a point. What he/she said (idk if they want their name said) was
He killed you based off location, it wasnt GBA as he has no way to tell who was next to you as you shot people, GBA only applies if you see 2 people, one of them is commiting traitorous acts and the other is doing nothing.

Unfortunately it seems Carned might have made a mistake here. While his logic is correct, there are additional possibilities to what might've happened and who might've been killed, like you mentioned. The kill, it seems, is invalid. I already spoke to Carned about this and ensured he understands his mistake to avoid in the future. He will also slay him self for the RDM.
