Reason For Report:

I killed (Valhalla)John while on the top level of the construction and he was on top of the jail cell building in the middle on the roof. From the ground below the construction MiGGo heard me shoot and came up on top of the construction to look if John was dead, which he obivously was, but he had no way to prove it was me as he wasn't looking at me. I then reported him and Jassa failed to do anything even after i said what had happened in voice chat, he practically ignored me until i mentioned a report and then he said "MiGGo said it all nothing much more to this" i told him to review it and the standing still stood with no slay.​

From the deathscene I can see Miggo was clearly aware someone was on the roof while jumping down, and was looking at you when the shot happened. I deemed it common sense as Miggo saw you shoot and from hearing the person dying+knowing where you are shooting and knowing there is somebody at the location you are shooting. Adding on, before Miggo actually shot you, he climbed up the ladder and confirmed thats exactly what happened (even mentioned by you).

In this video you can clearly see he looked at me which i did not know, but my main point was there is no way he could've seen John which is proved in this video. How did he know that John didn't get killed from someone across the street, on top of the gunshop, or behind the roof itself. There is in no way that he could've known i killed him. For all he knew i shot my gun towards that direction.

 

Because I heard him die the moment you shot. Corpse and guns hitting the ground. Everything worth saying has been said by Jassa, so I won't say anything else. Just felt the need to say something as I'm the accused person. If you had told me on the server that you are going to make a report, I would have my POV recorded with shadowplay.

Not very nice of you to tell me I can't defend myself in my own report, because you personally have some kinda problem with me and think I'm going to start ''shitposting and arguing''.

 

You heard a body and gun drop from nearly 1 mile away? Must be some great headphones you have there. You still couldn't know it was me that killed him, could have been someone else who killed at the same time.

please do not post on things that do not involve you, i bet you will get warned, secondly you were standing on top of an unid when i came down so i killed you.

edit: in the video i also called myself an idiot because he was a traitor, but the kill was completely valid.

 

Hey Trevor. I'll make this quick as I'm short on time, sorry.

Jassa's post sums it up pretty well. MiGGo saw you shooting someone, and given your location, the direction you're facing and the sound of someone dying in that direction right when you shot, it's pretty safe to say he knew it was you who killed him. Common sense is an important part of a TTT, and the situation we have here is pretty obvious.
Therefore, I am marking this report as INVALID, as Jassa's judgement was correct in not slaying MiGGo.
