False banned,I served MY SLAY until the end of the round and i left the server
I am 100% sure i had only 1 slay and i left during the end of the round where i served my slay I DO NOT remember or even TRIED to break any rules that made me punished and left without serving the punishment/slay.​

Evidence of Innocence:

Happened today I SERVED MY SLAY AND LEFT DURING when the round was over when i had my slay.​

While this may be an accidental rdm. it's still an rdm at all cost, hence you were issued the slay.

Can you explain why did you left in the middle of the slay?

 

Listen,I tought the round was over i heard a music playing so i left immediately i didnt know what music it was i tought it was the end of the music round

Hi Rhino,

You were given a warning to not leave the server while slain, and you've failed to do that. because of this. you were given the ban of rdm and leave (6th offense).

I'll leave my decision to @Solar for the verdict as this has been escalated to 6th offense ban.

After discussing these appeal with the staff team, I have decided to deny your appeal. This is not about how much damage you have dealt in the particular case of RDM, but because of the principle that you STILL commit RDM and Leave even after multiple warning from staff members, which is further displayed by your multiple 26 week bans. You are a regular player on our servers, you have been here even longer than me, so you are expected to know the rules, such as asking if you're free to leave or if you have pending reports against you and such. It has not even been half a month since you appealed your previous 26 week ban (https://www.seriousgmod.com/threads/rhinocoress-appeal.37516/ for reference), and here we are standing on a similar situation.
