TTT_random map for vanilla/eunilla

since the moded server have random map to vote for why not for vanilla/eunilla

 

There's not enough maps in the pool.

 

Yet

Maybe once we remove some of the worse maps it will become possible to add this because people don't ever want to play on Craftroom or Tiptsky
