Why you should be unbanned:

I was banned for "Group Trolling"? I never said everyone RTV, I genuinely did not like the map choices. Also the bans were random seeing how multiple people were rtving for multiple maps. Also some got unbanned so it's unfair for the ban.​

Evidence of Innocence:

People just want to ban pikachu to just ban pikachu. ​

I was there to witness the whole thing and honestly, I have to agree that few of the bans seemed kinda random. I honestly didnt see Pikachu do anything different from the 10 other people who were typing !rtv, but didnt receive a ban like Pikachu did.

 

I'll tag @NeverEnding and @Noob999 since they informed me about that situation, they will share their evidences.

In a total of 4 maps, you've decided to rtv 4 time, the same time when the group trolling has started, is there any reason why?


As of now. this is all the evidence I have to prove that you're part of the group in the trolling.


You told everyone that "If we all stand together the mods can't do anything". by this move, you're instigating people to follow your steps.
Do you have any explaination for this?

This is all I have to let doben know that you're part of the group hence the ban was enforced into you.

Did i mention RTV in any way shape or form? I just said overtake the server, I didn't say Hey guys RTV this map. I could mean overtake the server in any context, you can't assume it was me saying to RTV the map. Also yet again there were plenty of people who RTV that weren't banned so it's seems weird to just ban me and a few others. Never did I say RTV which means I wasn't apart of the "group trolling" simply was rtving maps I disliked. Also even if they somehow they took those words out of context and thought of it as me saying RTV the map, they have zero obligation to do so, and I shouldn't be held accountable for another persons actions on rtving a map.

Not once during any of the maps did I ever say or imply to RTV the maps. The reasoning behind those words was due to Glues kick which I didn't understand why he got kicked, I assumed it was about his language usage through the mic. So as a joke against the staff I said those words. Simply my words were taken out of context.

I warned players not to keep RTV'ing via voice a number of maps ago.
I joined the server then it was RTV 4 times in a row.

 

So as you can see in the screenshots I never once told anyone to RTV, you shouldn't be kicked or banned for using a service in the game for the intended use. I simply didn't like the maps so I !rtv. Shouldn't be banned for that.

I'll start with the response that you gave for my question. You are saying that you wrote those words for Glue and for not understanding the reason behind that kick. According to what Noob shared the reason is quite obvious that he got kicked because of his role in this RTV spam.
I should add that you are responsible of your actions and words and if you couldn't see that reason, you might ask it on admin chat so then they might explain it to you. However, in this situation I can't relate your words with that kick and I can't say that even your intention was good towards our mods at that moment. So, I can easily say that even that was a joke for you, it was quite trollish.
In short, your ban's reason is not specified as 'RTV spamming' and you chose to join that group trolling with your words and actions instead of trying to help our mods for that current situation. Due to these reasons, I'm denying your appeal. If you want to discuss this further you may add me on steam so we may talk on that.
