2 false slays, refusal to communicate and discuss said slays.​

Evidence And/Or Witnesses:

The first slay was on Terror train- there was an unID body in a highly populated room, a player by the name of "Bizon King" refused to ID it, and a player by the name of "Bucky SKVR" didn't shoot Bizon for ignoring the body, so I shot Bucky, but was unable to kill Bizon before he got away.



I didn't specifically say that in my response, however I did say it in both admin chat and direct PMs multiple times to Jigat, and he ignored me every time.



The second slay was when someone shot a box I was holding, and since he shot in my direction, I had full right to shoot him for T baiting. I said this in my response, and once again Jigat ignored me fully when I tried to reason with him.

Hey @Dolph1n Thanks for making this report.

First off, Id like to apologize for not responding to you, It was not intentional. The server was quite busy and I was Dealing with 33 Reports across the whole of 1 map. I apologize for that.

Let's get into it shall we?
For the first instance, That unIDed had just been killed by a T and then another Detective and myself had just killed said T, there was a lot of confusion. Now you did see the unIDed and Bizon was walking towards you (Away from the body), However, when you came back into the room not even 1 second later, the body had been inspected by both Bucky and Bizon, with Small Bot standing with them. My question now becomes Why didn't you Kill Small bot for "GBA" as well, and you just let Bizon stand next to you even though he was the one who committed the "T act" that you killed Bucky for witnessing.
I'm not saying I'm right, I just would like a little more info on your thought process in this situation...

Now in that second instance, I will admit that I was wrong, I talked to some admins and they said that even though he only shot the box once, it was still towards you so you could kill him for it ( Like you said.). I apologize for ruining the next round for you.

 

I took a gaze into the room, then started upstairs and did a double take when I realized there was a body in the room. When I came back to look again, I saw Bizon standing over the body, and Buck was one of the only ones that realized there was a body, and so I shot Buck for GBA, and when I turned around to shoot Bizon too, he was gone, so I went towards the roof to try and catch him on the other side but didn't manage to in the end.

 

Okay, and that makes sense that only Bucky for the most part was aware that Bizon had left the body. But if you pause your video at 15 seconds, the people behind Bucky (right as you killed him) were the Detective (Stroeby) and Bizon, which you also see him at 27 seconds into the video, but you never killed him...

Since this situation is still a little confusing, I'm going to leave final Judgement up to my Admin @Agent A and accept whatever resolution he decides on.

You can't kill a detective for GBA, which is why I only killed Bucky(who, besides the Det and Bizon), were the only ones in the room aware of the body.

 

I'm going to lock this and write the verdict in the morning.

Normally, I would prefer to have the actual reports themselves. Because there is lack of such reports, I will take in your and Jigat's responses for the first and second slays.


1) In the video, you can see bizon away from the unid body, which Bucky did id that unid body. However, that means bizon performed a traitorious act. In the extended rules, GBA is defined as:

Thus, Bucky is gba'd for not killing bizon for not iding and walking away from the unid body, which is a traitorious act. Because of that, Dolph1n did not RDM'd Bucky. However, I can see why Jigat got confused as you only killed Bucky, but not bizon, which makes the whole situation suspicious. Regardless, I will be marking this part of the report valid.


2) I'm glad that the second slay issue was resolved between you two. I will mark this part of the report valid as well as Dolph1n had every right to kill Mr. Curly for t baiting.


3) I will also mark the lack of responses issue valid also. While we can get busy with the reports, giving out a response or two to let you know that he's busy with the reports or talk to you about the slays is usually the approach we want to go with. However, communication can be a bit difficult when there is a large amount of players and reports to handle so if Jigat had missed your messages, please try and remessage him to make sure he saw your message or ask him to respond back. If he had not gotten back to him, report him or message his admin. As for the second situation, it would be more preferable if you had typed in the adminchat where it makes things easier for us to see, Dolph1n.


Overall, the report is valid. Thank you for taking time to report my moderator, Jigat. This will be a learning experience for him so he can learn how to avoid such situations in the future. I hope you enjoy your time on the servers.
