So, as we all know, sometimes porn sprays will sometimes come across the servers. As usual, the player would just need to SS it and make a report. What if its CP? How do we report CP if we arent allowed to SS it?
What if one isnt available to come on the server? Its illegal to SS CP so to just say "contact a lead admin or above" doesnt really help on what to do about the whole SS thingy
Message a lead admin, disruptionz, or Highwon about the CP. Do not screenshot the CP. Maybe try to bring up witnesses for the CP. That's the procedure for reporting CP goes.
As a lawyer I can safely say that it is perfectly fine to screenshot the CP as long as you intend to hand it over as evidence to the police. Having physical proof and a username attatched to the image in question makes prosecution a lot easier for law enforcement. Also while you can report it to server officials reporting it to law enforcement should be your first priority. Do NOT send the screenshots to anyone even the staff though even blurred out, that could net you a felony.
First of all: do NOT Screenshot the spray at any point. Handling CP sprays must be done directly by a staff member. If you ever encounter one, you should immediately notify any available staff member about it (again, without Screenshooting or saving it in any way). The staff member will then come and check the spray. If the spray is indeed found to be CP, both the spray and the player who placed it will be immediately removed from the server, and the staff member handling the case will immediately notify a lead+. We will then handle the rest of it and permanently ban the user. Yes, the punishment for CP sprays is an instant permanent ban. We do not tolerate this subject in any way - not only it is morally wrong, but also illegal. We do not take risks here and will straight away perma ban anyone found doing it.
