Reason For Report:

I was an innocent in the long hallway with the pit and the over heating trap and bowling ball closet trap. I was walking towards the pit because it was open and i get shot at by a guass rifle and i see wintrplays running away and he starts killing someone. I follow and let him id the person and its an innocent so i follow him and kill him. He was the traitor who shot me and he reported me. I got slain beacuse Koba told me i did not make it apparant in my report that i saw him... Not only did i see him shoot me but he killed an innocent and told everyone and i still got slain (On my t-round to really put the cherry on top). Please deal with this accordingly, he falsely slayed me.​

Hello Trevor, thanks for taking the time to report me here on the forums.

While I was staffing on community bowling today, I got this report filed against you:

The main thing that I looked at when handling this report was your response, because your response is what the staff really look at. They look at if the reported player mentioned of a traitorous act or not. In your response, I see no indication of you saying that the victim killed anyone, which is why I slayed you. You only say that you got shot from behind with a Gauss Rifle, and saw the victim running away, but this is suspicion however. If you had said that the victim had killed someone in your response, I would have asked you for further details, such as when you saw the victim kill someone, but that it not the case here. Players should be sure to provide all details when being reported against. If no traitorous acts are mentioned, then the report is likely only suspicion, like this case here. I will let my admin @ryan4win finish this up.

 

That death scene showed me chasing him down, it did not show when he shot me with the guass and i turned around and followed him...?

 

According to the logs, he never damaged you anyways, unless he shot AT you, in which case my mistake. But you also indicate in your report that you were shot from behind, which does not indicate that you saw him shoot you in the first place.

As you can see by the report filed against you by Wintr, this was your response;



Now, if you take a look at this response, I don't see a single thing you explain that could possibly give you a reason to kill Wintr. Not a single traitorous act was mentioned on your part, seeing someone run away is not a traitorous act.

Now, I see that in your original post you claim that you later on saw Wintr kill an innocent, and that was your other reason for killing him, but this was not mentioned at all in your response. If you don't want to be slain then you have to be clear in your responses, you cannot just give a vague answer like this and expect to not be punished.

If you had said, "Earlier in the round I had a suspicion that Wintr shot me with a Gauss Rifle, so I followed him around, saw him kill an innocent, and then I killed him" you might have not been slain, but just stating that you watched him run away isn't a valid response for a report like this.

I am going to go ahead and deny this report. Next time when you are reported and want to get off from a slay, give a real response please and you won't be in this situation again.
