I was reported for killing an inno at the end of a round as a detective who i not only had dna on, but was proven to have killed an inno in the damage logs. I recieved 2 slays. I didnt even kill the person, of which killed me, which by any sense is rdm, since hes inno and im a Detective. Theyve been petty and childish as ive explained to them. This all started when i killed on of their friends after watching them kill a detective. To them watching someone kill a detectve isnt evidence that theyre a traitor. I was slain once for killing a Traitor, and twice for killing an inno as a detective. Im sure this will fall on deaf ears and you'll do nothing about it, but at least its reported. If i could maybe talk to the server owner, that would be much appreciated.

Hello Pirate, thank you for taking the time to make this report as it can be a learning experience for both you and me.

Anyways, let's get started shall we?

This was the first report that was sent against you.

It is true that the person you killed did initially kill the detective, however, it seems that you killed Helix on the simple fact that you remember seeing the detective in spawn and when you turned back he was no longer there. Which in this case would be killing off suspicion as you didn't watch him kill, pass his unidentified body or shoot.

Here is a video of the deathscene from your perspective.

The video shows that you entered the washroom and only heard shots coming from the spawn area without seeing any action take place.
Now, from the deathscene itself, it's hard to tell whether you saw the detective's unidentified body. However, you yourself sent us a message saying that your view was "obstructed" due to the front desk.

Even so, the video shows that you are unable to see the unid'd body.

Multiple times you stated that you "saw" the detective die. This is just one of the messages you sent me earlier. However, the video proves that this was incorrect.

Now, moving on to the second time I slayed you which involved @Sir Clutch and with me handling the report against you as shown below.

After checking the logs, i saw no indication that you had gotten DNA from Sir Clutch at any time during the round. If we go for the DNA log that you claim had Sir Clutch's DNA, here it is:

Other DNA samples that you collected during the round.
    [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]

I proceeded to slay you for 2 rounds as that was your second offence of RDM. I did my best to try to explain to you both situations, however, you refused to listen and continued to claim that you were not in the wrong. This is just one example of the harsh language you used towards both me and Sir Clutch.
I would not recommend this type of behavior towards a staff member as they are doing their best to explain the situation while handling the server.

@Sir Clutch will respond briefly about his involvement during this time.

I will leave this to my admin @Holiday Steve and Sir Clutch's admin @Pandora? to make the final verdict for this report. Thank you for being patient.

  5. Sir Clutch

Sir Clutch they gonna talk bout me VIP

Thank you for taking your time to file a report.

Earlier tonight on MC Dolls we had an altercation. I had been in the vents by the desk /mirror area. Once I had reached the bottom of the vents I saw an unid'ed detective body so I then continued to ID it. I then left the vent and was promptly shot by you. I then returned fire to protect myself. After the round was over I then reported you here:

As you can see I did not handle the report since I was involved with it. I even asked LegitCake to handle it here:

because I did not want you to think I was biased.

I did not handle either of your slays I had only reported you for RDM under one instance.

    Hey there @Booty Poppin Pirate,
as my mod Sir Clutch provided with his evidence, he had only been involved when he reported you for RDM against him. Your main issue seems to be about your first slay, but as seen above Sir Clutch wasn't involved in your report and unless Legit had asked for a second opinion he didn't have to involve himself. For your second RDM, he had reported you for RDMing him but had let Legit deal with the report as to remove any possible bias (which was the right thing to do). That slay was indeed a valid slay considering you likely just had a mix-up with DNA, making it an accident but still RDM. All in all, Clutch wasn't really involved in the verdicts given to you other than him reporting you initially. Going off what he was involved in, I will be marking his part of the report invalid as he followed protocol correctly.

  7. So the first report was justified, but the 2nd you have to admit wasnt. Even if the DNA hit behind him, it wasnt rdm. It was not "random". It was the end of the round, I was a detective, he was inno, and he killed an inno.

  8. My issue is with the second slay. I gave up disputing the first. it didnt bother me. I was slain 2 times for shooting an inno that killed me as a detective, who killed an inno, that i thought i collected DNA on. Thats not random deathmatching.

Hello thanks for taking the time to report my moderator, as I always value the chance for my moderators and all people involved to improve.

I'll try to break down by each slay and then tell the verdict of this report.

Shown here is the response of your report and as staff members we are entitled to go with the original response of the report to prevent any story changing and potential loopholing. Shown here is you stating that you killed this player for shooting the detective, while the above proof shows that is the case. It was impossible for you to have seen Helix killing the detective as shown in the video provided by legit cake. Since you did not see Helix shoot the detective, and did not see the body (admitted by you shown in the picture above) you killed him on suspicion. Essentially you heard shots from where you came from and turned around and shot whoever you saw first. While you had the good intuition on going back to investigate further you are not allowed to just shoot whoever you think may be the traitor just because they may be potentially at the scene of the crime. This is considered a kill on suspicion which is RDM and LegitCake correctly marked you for a slay here.

Here is a screenshot of the video posted above of your perspective when the detective died, it is clear that you did not see who shot the detective and only heard shots. From there Helix walks up to you and you decide to kill this player, unsure of even if the detective was dead since you were unable to see the body.

*Please note that this is also the first offense of RDM. Shown here is the protocol followed for RDM while the player is still on the server.*

For the second report you shot Sir Clutch for having DNA on him. If you did (excluding if the body was a traitors') that would be a valid kill and no slay. However in this case you gotten dna off a body which led to Darshan instead of Sir Clutch. Since Sir Clutch was near Darshan's body at the time you thought that the DNA was pointing towards Sir Clutch and proceeded shooting him. However you were mistaken as the DNA was on Darshan and wrongly began shooting someone who didn't do anything wrong. So when you were reported by Clutch for the damage shown above, you mentioned DNA which wasn't the case. Since you had no DNA on him and you made a mistake on your own it was RDM.

The reason why he killed you was you began shooting him first. It was self-defense as he has the right to defend himself when he was in danger, which was the case when you began shooting him. You mention that he killed an innocent who you had DNA on. However when you look at the pictures provided by LegitCake there was no indication of you collecting DNA on Sir Clutch, since your story wasn't lining up with the logs this was RDM as well. However please note that since this was your second offense of RDM, it would be two slays instead of one. Which LegitCake correctly did, and made no issues on his end.

I appreciate the effort made by Legit to take the time and effort to explain the rules and his reasoning to you when he marked you for the slays. However shown in his screenshots it seemed like you didn't value this input. This is understandable and nothing to hold against you, but please note the effort and concern a fellow staff members puts when he tries to resolve the situation with you.

Seeing as Legit did nothing wrong here and properly followed protocol I will go ahead and mark this report as Invalid. I still thank you for taking the time to file this report to voice your concerns.

If there's any concern about my judgement about this report please feel free to start a forum conversation where I'll happily go into detail about my logic.

Thank you for your time and patience,

    Steve
