I was currently slayed(First offence). I have been having computer problems for a while, my computer has been crashing every 3-5 hours. I had been currently waiting out my sit while spectating my computer crashed. This has recently happened to me again on 12/5/16.​

Evidence of Innocence:

I don't have proof of my computer crashing(for obvious reasons) but I do have proof about me crashing and telling an admin/mod about it .

Hello, @Canadian Pyro. I was the moderator who banned you for RDM and leave (1st offense) yesterday afternoon.

I banned you for this report that I made against you after searching through logs for any unreported RDM that occurred during one of the rounds. You shot a barrel that ended up severely damaging a detective at the start of the round, and your reasoning, as seen in your response, shows that it was RDM.



You can see the damage in the logs in the spoiler below, which shows where the damage occurred, and what caused me to the make the report initially:

After I had issued the slay, another user on the server was asking me a question about whether or not carrying an explosive barrel was traitorous. I clarified the rule, that carrying explosive barrels towards a player is a traitorous act. At this point, you then tried to change your narrative, saying that you shot the barrel because the detective was bringing it towards you. While this didn't have any impact on the result of the slay, I think it's important to bring up in relation to my verdict here.

Now, as for the ban itself. Midway through the round during which you were serving your slay, you disconnected from the server. I waited for the remainder of the round, and into the next round due to dealing with some reports, before issuing you an RDM and leave ban.

Since I can't recall exactly the timeframe between your disconnect and when I issued the ban, I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt here in that you did intend to reconnect to the server, but weren't able to due to the ban. I am, however, going to require you to serve the slay for a full round, and given that takes place, your ban will be removed and voided. So, add me on Steam, and we can get you set up to serve your slay.
