Why you should be unbanned:

I had to turn off the game because i had to go to dinner. When i came back, I Noticed that i was banned. When i got this notification i was quite surprised about... the last iffy RDM I remember was a few rounds back when i got shot in the back by a pistol and then turned around and saw a guy in an ally with a crowbar. I then followed him awhile and then he pulled out the pistol that he shot me with. i then killed him knowing that he was a T. Which he was... That is the last iffy RDM that i remember. I am truly sorry.​

Evidence of Innocence:

I had to have dinner. When i came back i noticed that i was banned. I Was quite surprised about the RDM and Leave Suspension. Since i Don't Remember RDMing anyone the round before i left. Can we please clear this up. Thanks​

As you already know about why you were banned for your first offense and that you are guilty I'll give evidence more for the sake of transparency than anything else.

You and your friends were being rowdy at this point in time and were killing for no reason. You were also just being rude in general to the players online. After I issued a slay for this, and you were slain, you left immediately as seen here.

I believe that the offense you are referring to is the the first offense. The second offense is the one I am questioning... I am unsure what happened with that one.

 

Hey,

Round 5 on black Mesa you blew a barrel at the start of the round damaging 2 players.
Also during round 5 you killed Jake! and he reported you for that.
I reported you for the 2 RDMs against T's and got no response before you left. Due to this you were banned for Second Offense

I will not be accepting this appeal as you RDMed several people and were already serving a RDM and Leave First Offense ban.
Please be more careful in the future as your next ban may be globalized to all servers. Be sure to use @ before leaving and asking staff if its safe to leave. It will avoid situations like this in the future.
