I was banned for RDM & leave when i had to go since a friends birthday was today and my family members closed the game when i was already outside waiting for them and they didnt even say they closed it. Agen plz soz for the problem ​

Hello Derpy Traitor! Thank you for taking the time to appeal here on the forums. Let's get into why I banned you for RDM & Leave on EU.

When I was staffing today, I came across this report that you filed against iNova shown in the spoiler below. Damage information will also be included

Those damage informations were from before iNova killed you, and it shows you firing first.

As you can see, you said that iNova traitor baited by "lying" and you kosed him. You attempted to kill him but he beat you to the punch apparently because he killed you in response to you shooting him. I was then going to proceed to file a report against you and ask why you shot iNova first, but you had left the server already as shown here:

Well iNova was lying about events as innocent. He was telling people that i killed ... and i immediately told him i hadnt fired a single bullet. So i proceeded to KOS him for lying aka False KOSing me

Thank you for your response. On this server we have a set of extended rules that are not shown on the basic !motd page, and they contain, well, the extended rules to the server. You say that you kosed iNova and killed him for saying that you shot, and you also said that this was a false kos. However that actually does not fall under the criteria for a kos, as shown here in the extended rules:

You killed Nova for "false kos", but in reality he did not kos you. These instance would be criteria for suspicion but it is not traitorous to say such things. If you want to you can add me on steam and we can discuss a time for you to serve a slay if you have nothing else to say on this appeal.

 

I got on EU Nilla and was slain by Hello Your Friend so slay has been served. Can a mod plz close this thread
