While I was playing I was alive I saw a lot of people getting muted but just didn't know why so in the next round I said the n word with no er so every other mod and admin tell me I can say this and if it was spam I should have gotten a warning since I didn't see the warning he gave when I was alive. I was banned by @Ragman​

Okay lets jump straight into this.

When I hopped on to West 2 with @hello my friend, a number of people were spamming the text chat with messages with huge gaps between the words, causing them to be pretty unreadable and screw up the chat in general. As you can see a few users were complaining about broken chat and people over voice chat were complaining that it was hurting their eyes. You were one of the people originally doing this.

This is the in-game screenshot from my first message shown in the console above. As you can see I told everyone to stop the weird chat stuff. I was alive at this point and you too would have been able to see this warning regardless of whether you were alive or dead.

As you can see from the various screenshots I muted everybody who carried on doing it. Up to the point where they stayed muted for a round. You can also see in these screenshots you said "nigga stop muting abuse". By the sounds of what you said in your report you are only using this phrase to loophole around the fact that it is generally accepted as a term of endearment when used with an "a" suffix. That's not my problem here but you did keep randomly just saying it in chat. As you can see here:

I warned WHILST I WAS ALIVE that repetition of this behavior would result in an 8 hour ban. As you were one of the people originally spamming the chat like this (as well as the guys I muted) this constituted somewhat of a second warning which should have been enough.

After that warning, the first thing you did was do the same thing with the chat. But this time with two racist terms. Prompting your Chat spam ban.


To conclude, I did warn twice that you could see that this kind of behavior would not be tolerated and you even acknowledged the mutes in the screenshots. The fact that the people I muted were among the people I warned when I joined the server should have been enough for you to infer as to why they were muted. Also, after looking at your admin stats I see you served a previous ban for trollish behaivour along with meta-gaming. Now you didn't meta-game this time but due to your racism and this not being the first time you have been banned for trollish behavior, I will not only be DENYING your appeal, but also extending your ban.

Also, even if I hadn't warned you I still would have been right to ban you for the same offence as the others without warning due to this rule.
