Why you should be unbanned:

I was unfairly banned by MAKUZI.​

Evidence of Innocence:

He was targeting me. I did do somethings that were unfair but I didn't think I deserved to be lashed at.

This guy goes off and punishes people for no reason. I was chatting on microphone when he just banned me. I wasn't mic spamming, just talking along with the server.


This guy is power hungry and is not fair to anyone. The whole server left after I was banned. Someone should look into this. MAKUZI "admin". He is not fair and should be revoked his power.​

Hello. Thanks for taking the time to submit a ban appeal.

As you say that I "punish people for no reason" and that I'm "power hungry", I actually take the time to punish people properly and for the right reasons to. I have no reason to abuse my powers, nor do I ever intend to.

I have quite a bit of evidence so I will just post these two pictures that I had to gag you twice until you had to be banned for mic spamming.

The first time you were gagged, was when you decided to sing into the microphone for no apparent reason at all.

For the third offense that you mic spammed, I will have to go back through the recording that lead to your ban.

 

I would have been banned a long time ago before this "mic spamming", I actually talk a lot.. But like I said, MAKUZI abuses a lot. His screenshots don't mean anything. They just show him using power for misuse. MAKUZI's reason was uncalled for and I do not appreciate your comment Jaysu.

 

I was there and recorded most of it, MAKUZI was on a massive ban/Gag spree and the server went from having 20+ people to just 4. this is sad. please fix this

As in this video, you were mic spamming, for the third time. That is why you were banned.

Also, There was a report that you falsely reported. I had to give you a warning. You were a traitor, and clearly trying to kill your victim, then you get killed by your victim and then proceeded to report him and say something a little salty, but the guy you reported didn't seem to take it seriously.

As your false RDM report counts as spam, it just adds to this case that you won't stop spamming, and you deserved the punishments that were issued to you.

I hope that you will improve on your behaviour, and that you will be learning from these punishments. So I will be denying your appeal. Feel free to play on our other six servers.
