Why you should be unbanned:

Unproportional report. I was reported for ''harassment'' and rdm.The mod did not investigate it thoroughly and gave me a 1 day ban. However the report was a mess as it was not mostly about me. But the reporter wanted to report me for harassment for saying twice: ''You are being a little bitch''. I myself dont see it as harassment, but i guess that differs per player. Not very proportional if i say so. Normally you get a warning for harassment, but instead i was given a ban.​

This is his reason for report:
For harassing me and revenge rdmed me because he claimed I rdmed him. I had gotten dna from an innocent body and it lead to him.

It's singular meaning it was not directed to two people, but one which was in this case Galactispuss.​

It says "It involves any unwanted physical or verbal behaviour that offends or humiliates you." In this case, @Kostaslgr7 feels what you said to him, offended him.

Regarding the RDM, I couldn't do anything about, because I didn't see any evidence of that happening.

 

Since I cant do anything about him feeling harassed so easily then I guess I have to admit to harassment. But there is a difference though between harassment takes takes place for a minute divided between two comments and continuous harassment. I doubt saying two sentences is worth an one day ban.
As for the RDM. I did not rdm. There was personal beef between kost and Rhienor. So the main focus was on Rhienor. I was..as you can say kost's 'Side dish'.

So for future notice. What punishment can I get for 'harassing'? Is it this:
Harassment

• 1st time - Warning
• 2nd time - Kick
• 3rd time - Ban 24 hours
• 4th time - Ban 5 days

Or do you guys decide it?

and you called me again afterwards and I even replied asking you to stop calling me like that and you just replied "why" like you didn't even care.

There is not personal beef between me and @Rhienor and he can confirm it as well.
And about the rdm part, Galactipuss was the one who rdmed me and not you.

 

Punishments are subject to change with Admin approval. Since Makuzi came to me to review the report as well. I gave him the go ahead to ban for harassment.
No staff were on at the time to help Kosta. He asked for you to stop. That should've been when you stopped. Yet you continued to instigate and see no issue with calling people names.
As far as I'm concerned the ban is justified.

I'll now leave this up to Makuzi to make a verdict on whether you will be unbanned or not.

 

Me and Kostas have no beef as far as I was aware, just a bit of friendly banter going on. All the beef we have together is on Farmville I'm afraid.

 

I was representing my opinion in a vulgar manner. I could also have said: ''Kosta is easily provoked by things that are forwarded to him.'' I said it twice. He asked me to stop. I asked why. Did I continously harass him by using personal attacks? No. After he asked me to stop. I asked why and stopped. I was expressing my thoughts not harassing. There is a reason why I stopped after I asked ''why''
Mr.Mod. Kost even provides you the evidence that I stopped after he said to stop.
