Why you should be unbanned:

I am not too sure why I was banned; however, I apologize for what I have done. If it's related to my rage from the game, I will try my very best to stop rampaging on the comments part of the game. I got very upset with too many people shooting me when I have already tested as innocent. Frustration could potentially boil over, and unfortunately mine boiled over while I was still playing the game.

If it was in relations to the incident where I shot an innocent individual, and he reported me. I am deeply sorry, it wasn't intentional. I even explained that to the individual I shot. I saw someone shoot me, I got spooked and didn't quite catch the name, and when I saw him, he was aiming at me and I thought he was going to shoot first. Once again, this accident was NOT intentional (I am not a troll who wants to irritate other players). I truly like playing on this server after work and school. Please, let me back in.

P.S. - Is it possible that you can have a reporting system where the player in question can read and respond to the report and has a chance to either cancel the report or keep it. This type of system really works in my opinion.

Evidence of Innocence:

When I was playing, I like to be a sniper so I can observe whats going on and shoot traitors when they appear (shooting at the other innocent players). One of the games, I was looking at an certain area when I was suddenly shot at and took critical damage. I immediately tried to look for the guy who shot me, but couldn't catch his name. About 10 to 20 seconds later, I saw a guy pointing a sniper rifle directly at me. I thought he was the guy who shot me and thought he was going to shot me first, so I fired the first shot. I did not, say again, DID NOT intentionally shoot that individual player just to make him angry, I thought he was a traitor who was going to kill me first. In fact, if he had shot me and killed me, this situation might have resulted the other way around (him or her doing the same thing I am doing right now). Please, let me back in.​

Thank you very much, I don't know too much in relations to how everything works in relations to the rules. Therefore, I had no idea what I did wrong (I know I RDMed someone accidentally, but I didn't know leaving was an offence). What should I do if I had accidentally RDM someone? Stay on server and get punished there?

 

Yes, if you RDM someone you will be slain. In order to not get banned, you must stay the duration of the round you were slain in. If you leave before the round ends, you will be banned. You can read more about our rules here and here.

So @AlsSuperSerious, here is the report I have banned you for, I'm also going to include the damageinfos for you.

So in your report you basically said that you killed the player on suspicion, which is considered RDM. You can also see that you were issued a slay. As a player with 50+ hours you should already know by now that if you leave after you have been slain, a ban will be issued for "RDM and leave" (I'm sure you've seen many players banned for this reason). I understand how frustrating it is to be killed even thought you are "proven innocent" but you must understand, not everybody keeps track of who is innocent and who is not.

I believe you have played enough on our servers to understand the penalties that we issue, therefore I will be denying this appeal in hopes that you will learn from your mistakes. For the future, if you have been reported, please contact the staff that is presently online via !p [name] [message] or @message and ask them if you are to be slain or not before leaving the server.
