Reason For Report:

Me and megatron (thwhodini) were both traitors, etched was on the jump roof and I was jumping along the fence, megatron went around the corner and pulled out his harpoon and was about to throw it through the wall to hit players on the fence jump, etched prop surfed from behind and snuck up on megatron and killed him, from my perspective i just heard shooting didnt witness any t acts, as soon as i walk around the corner etched kills me, claims that i was gba because megatron didnt kill me, when megatron hadnt even thrown his harpoon, which if i was inno he could have thrown at me or killed me when i walked around the corner.

I don't want to go around accusing people of random things, but in my opinion this player rdmed me then used a loophole to attempt to get out of the rdm.​

Alrighty, lets just jump right into this.

From my POV I was on the roof while each of these two is still on the fence, Mega right as he is going around the corner pulls out his harpoon not the LEAST bit worried about Xpro who is coming right behind him. Considering he did not turn to engage Xpro but turned to aim at the fence, was more than enough to know using Common Sense that Xpro was also a T, and Mega leaving him alive when he could have easily pooned him just as he was about to do to anyone else made him equally GBA. So between the two rules I had full right to kill Xpro after killing Mega.

None of this from me was loopholing just how I saw it happen and how I feel I should have responded with what I collected.

Right...... i turn the corner and pull out my poon, and i aim at the fence where xpro and another guy is, im about to throw it when i die. You killed me as i was about to throw it, theres no letting one through. Even if i did, what about it? i decide who i kill, and how i kill them, i could of had pooned 1 guy and shot the other. You had no right to kill xpro on the otherside of the wall when he saw nothing and came around to see me dead. Hell you can be kosed because of a dead body which was un id'd beside you.

 

Your entire logic is that thwhdoini should have killed me the very millisecond the round started, traitors dont have to kill innos as soon as they see them, and if you upload the video you said you have youd probably see he was looking through the wall and would therefore be able to poon me

 

Xpro was less than 2 steps behind you, logs can even show I was shooting him within almost the same seconds you died. Not around the wall still on the fence.

 

As i just said, traitors dont have to kill every single inno. and if you looked at my gyazo youd clearly see it was more than 2 steps.

As Ive said, from my point it was Common sense and GBA, Ill leave it to graze. Also Mega I would enjoy you not trying to get me rdm'd in game with a suicide bind and shooting.

 

Common sense, its common sense that all traitors have to kill an inno that is near them? if i was inno and megatron was t, he could have easily lined up a triple harpoon to hit me and the other player behind me, OR he could have waited, traitors dont have to kill people right away ya know.

 

As both sides seem to have given their side of the story I will be locking this until @Graze has reviewed the evidence and made his verdict.

Hello! Thanks for taking the time to report this here on the forums. I have reviewed the evidence provided, read up on each players accounts of the situation, and requested the help of a few administrators who gave their input on the situation.

I have to explain first that this is indeed RDM since @Etched did not provide a valid reason to kill @Xproplayer, due to the fact that this situation falls under neither Guilt by Association nor the Common Sense rule that we use here. Xproplayer did not visually see Whodini do any traitorous acts, which eliminates the idea of this kill being valid under the concept of guilt by association. Due to this being the start of the round, and there being a few other reasons for why Etched could not obtain 100% certainty, this also does not qualify as a valid kill under the server's common sense rule. Due to this, this report is valid. If this causes either of you confusion, or you'd like to discuss why this is the case in greater depth, feel free to start a message with me on the forums.

As for the punishment, Etched will be given one slay for a first offense of RDM, which I will find a time to meet with him and have him serve. The reason that this isn't loop-holing is that Etched did not lie about the reason for why he killed you, or attempt to circumnavigate the rules of the servers to avoid punishment. The evidence for this report shows that he was confused with the way that Guilt by Association and Common Sense work and provided an honest response to why he killed you, despite this response being an invalid one.
