Evidence of Innocence:

I was playing a game of TTT when my dad told me to come to dinner so what I did was go rampage and commit suicide but during this act one of my T friends came and jumped in front of my gunfire and I killed him. I think that is what the RDM was. I cant remember if I died or not though.​

Apologies in the delay on dealing with this appeal. I've been busy for the most part of today. The reason why you were banned came from you leaving the server without answering a report on you. You shot your traitor buddy shortly after you killed another player, but chose to immediately leave without clarifying why you chose to kill the player. Without any clarification behind your actions, there was no reason behind why you acted the way you did. This is why I chose to ban you afterwards.

However, considering this is your first offense, I am also willing to allow you to serve a slay in place of continuing to serve your ban. If you wish to continue with this decision, then respond to this message whenever you can and we can negotiate a time on when you can serve a slay.

you can't ban people for using the right to leave. They have the right to leave, you can't punish people for it.

 

I'm so new I'm not sure what you mean by "slay"

 

My apologies for not seeing this sooner, but it means that you don't play a round and stay until the round ends. Basically from start to finish. Then you're good to go.

I mean, if you're not willing to serve just one round out, then yes, the appeal will be denied. However, if you wish to serve the slay that I mentioned, then your ban will be removed. It's up to you man.

Sorry for the late response again. Considering your willingness to serve the slay at this point without any complaints, I will be accepting this appeal instead of having you serve the slay. I won't be voiding your ban so the next time you do serve another RDM & Leave offense, it will be for the second offense. Please be wary of any RDM & Leave bans and hope to see you around.
