Why you should be unbanned:

I banned for "hacking"

People had claimed I was hacking all game, and I offered several times for people to spectate me. I do not condone any Client Modifications, and I am a fair players, as I have been playing on Serious for a bit, and have made friends with some Moderators and players. From my understanding, I was not banned by any anti-cheat, I was banned strictly by a moderator, meaning I was banned by the sight of his eye. I can assure you, I am a legit player, and would just like to play TTT​

Evidence of Innocence:

I yet again, extend the offer of allowing anyone to spectate me while I play, and measuring my kills, or what not. I have a clean account, no VAC bans, what-so-ever. I am clean player, and because I did not think I was going to be banned for matters like this, I do not have solid proof, such as a video, or picture or what not to disprove my ban. If so, I'd be more than willing to record gameplay of myself player, and whoever reviews this post can overview the video and decided if I am a "legit player" or not.

In the first demo, titled 'Brandon' towards the end you are witnessed kill a player with your deagle after he throws a harpoon at you. Now, I slowed this down, and while it may appear like you did a sweet flick, your speed of aim goes from a reasonable speed to light speed in a matter of a few frames. This was my first red flag.

The second, titled Brandon3 is very long, I would recommend that you speed it up until you're towards the end. The last kill completely gave it away, because of how your recoil was severely dampened, your shots were frame perfect, and the person died without you missing a shot even though you barely moved your camera. Slow it down and you'll see. It looks like you switched from an aggressive bot to a silenced bot between maps, but it's still pretty obvious to me.

I will allow my witnesses to also post evidence before I give my verdict, this is probably the best time to give a defense to this.

During our game play I noticed that as I was bouncing around on your t rounds you were getting some pretty fishy shots one being while I was falling to my death in mid air, So I started to Spectate you. The video given to @Stocking showed several very obvious snaps, and a super lack of recoil from each shot. That given it was quite apparent you were using some form of scripts to help with aim and decrease recoil.

It seems this isn't the only server you have bans on, Looking up your steam ID the Syndicate Gaming Network has also banned your ID perm for "Client Hacks"

Also,
Looking at your Steam profile http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198023674856 you can see you have a measly amount of hours at only 61, and No other hours in source 2 games that could improve your ability in garry's mod (CS, CS:GO) etc. The proof is in the video, you were blatantly hacking with 0 questions asked.



In this video it became quite clear, at 17seconds in you can see your crosshairs snap to a banana man. From 32 seconds to 36 seconds you see your aim locked to a crouching detective, and as you were firing there was almost 0 recoil. Now as you may try to say, Look it doesnt kill him in the first shot, he was crouched which screws up the hitbox and a simple aimbot cannot perceive that.

With this and everything else gather by the mods and other players the proof was overwhelming, your toxic behavior towards being accused and your "cockyness" about just being good was just icing on the cake telling us we were right.

Also, this server you will only be banned by mods/admins over anything as we dont run an anti cheat as they are quite easy to bypass/ they ban the wrong people.

 

I actually just recorded another clip of him hacking as of 6PM today on vanilla. Give me a bit to get that uploaded.
EDIT: I've got the .dem file (I recorded through Gmod) but I'm a scrub and don't know what to do with it.

But if he is banned for hacking unless he is using an alt account to ban evade he shouldn't have been able to be on vanilla

 

I hate to close this up without you getting a word in, Brandon, but it would appear that the evidence is far out of your favor.
If you have anything to add, please PM me on the forums or on steam if need be. I've been on the other end of this before and I'm more than comfortable to talk about it. You seem to me to be a really cool person, in spite of your using scripts. I wouldn't count you out just like that.

From the evidence provided, and judgments I and other staff have made, this appeal will be denied. Your ban will also be globalized to all of our servers, as this is your second offense of hacking.
