Why you should be unbanned:

I am unsure why i was banned the only thing i have ever been banned for was mic spam but now im banned for 14 days can someone explain why​

Thank you, but I was banned from every TTT server. Even the ones I dont play. also, for 1 server its for 4 days and the others its for 14.

 

It was a global ban, which means that you were banned from all servers due to your ban history. This is usually done as a result of multiple offenses of rule breaking. Kyogre will respond with more information soon.

 

But why the different times? one with four and one with fourteen? By the way thank you for clarifiying this up for me.

 

No problem. When a mod bans a player with history, they can request a global ban in order to punish them more severely in hopes that they will learn their lesson. So, most likely, a mod banned you for mic spam and requested a global ban which Kyogre then executed. I hope this makes sense.

 

This does make sense and I thank you and I am working on my mic spam like turning my transmit volume down so I'm not as loud.

Thanks for taking the time to file an appeal here on the forums, let's just delve into the matter at hand.

The reason as to why I globalized and extended the ban that was originally by my Moderator @Verified was due to the fact that you currently have garnered up to seven offenses of Mic Spam within the span of two weeks. I would understand if this were simply a problem with your microphone settings not functioning properly and you were punished once or twice for this sort of incident.

Despite this, my question to you is why haven't you gotten around to permanently fixing this issue? You've been banned more than enough times at this point to understand that there's a clear problem with how your microphone comes off, yet still haven't resolved it.

I'll be making a verdict after seeing your response, thanks for your patience.

 

As stated by the others, I banned you for for Mic Spam and requested it to be globalized & extended due to your extensive history. All of which, are bans for Mic Spam. My ban:

In the second image, you acknowledge that you will be gagged for a full round and understand that you were, indeed, mic spamming.

Lastly, the final gag for which I banned you, checked your AdminStats, and requested a G+E.

The interactions above suggest that you knew you were mic spamming, yet still continued. The fact that you were banned 6 times (not counting my own) for Mic Spam in the 10 days since you first joined our servers should have been a clear sign that you were doing something very wrong.

You've had multiple chances to correct yourself, but you have failed to so do. My side of this appeal is denied. I will leave it to @Kyogre to come to a verdict on the Global ban.
