I honestly don't know why I was banned. I answered to the false report that a guy made in the basement of one of the levels. He was a T, he killed a guy. So I killed him... And he even admitted to killing the guy "accidentally" in his report... So.... I was certain I didn't break any rules... So I left to eat dinner... Nothing malicious.​

Evidence of Innocence:

I got false-reported by a T who was salty for being killed even though he admitted to accidentally killing the guy in my report. Whoever banned me should get checked out because it is a CLEAR abuse of power for the sake of it.​

 

You were banned for RDM and Leave 4th Offense by @Guilty who Globalized and extended @Machinekiller00's ban. Your 3rd offense ban was by @DarkLegion and the second offense ban was by @J.T.Ripper. Please wait for the involved responses of these current bans.

 

Hello Fresh Cakes, I banned you for RDM and Leave Second offense on our West 1 server.

I don't remember 100% the actions that took place for this event, although you did kill me while we were both Traitors. The report is below.

Normally given your time on the servers I'd exercise leniency, however, you have wracked up a total of four bans in less than one week for the same offense. Therefore my ban stays, and my section of the appeal is denied.

 

Hello there Fresh Cakes, so I'm the moderator who gave you the ban for your 4th offense of rdm and leave. Reason why it's a 4th offense is because you already had 2 active bans on 2 of our other servers. Anyways, onto my part of this appeal.

So we were on Innocent Motel and it was the final round. One of the final reports that came in was against you. Here is an image of that exact report.

Now looking at the report it does not explain anything at all. I was given no information at all from either side. The victim says, "I said I didn't mean to" while you say "You were still a T". This could mean multiple things since it was very vague. The Victim could have shot nearby you and said he didn't mean to. He could have thrown a prop and he said he didn't mean to, or he could have passed an unid body and said he didn't mean to. There are multiple situations that could have occurred but given the information I had. I wasn't able to come up for a verdict to this report.

My job as a moderator is to look into every single report to ensure that nobody is breaking any rules. Your response of " You were still a T," doesn't really explain anything at all and also his side of the report of " I said I didn't mean to" doesn't exactly admit that he killed an innocent. So naturally I was going to message you in game to get some clarification on the situation. The map changed and it took me a bit to load in and when I finally did I was going to message you. Right as I was trying to message you, you left the game and I wasn't able to get a better response from you. So I gave you the ban for that.

In your appeal you claimed he killed another innocent player which is why you killed him. So I went back digging up the old logs to look to see if the logs matches up with your story and he in fact had killed a player a bit before you started shooting him.

Since it does match up with your story and explains why you killed him. It makes your kill on him valid therefore I will accept your appeal.

Though you still have 2 other active bans and 1 of them was denied. We'll have to wait to see evidence from DarkLegion about your other ban to see if you will get a ban reduction or your ban will be unglobalized.

After looking through my screenshots it seems I did not screenshot the report made on you.

Due to this I will be Accepting your appeal.

I will leave the rest of this appeal up to Guilty as he was the one who had globalized your bans.

 

Thanks to those mods who have been understanding and have accepted my appeal so far... Hope it's all sorted soon, I like to play dis game.

 

I thought I'd ask yo to reconsider your verdict on my approval. Seeing how the most recent admins have seen it right to accept my appeal, that you could only find the logic to reconsider as my most recent offense was with you. And I do remember when you snuck up on me. However, after you filed the report, I gave you my honest answer and had thought you accepted it at map change as I got no notification saying "you will be slain next round" etc etc. That being said, I may have gotten it, only not having noticed it. I promise I do not play TTT with malicious ideologies, only to shoot people in the head and watch the glorious rag doll effects of gmod.... Oh, and being salty with salty players is rather fun, too. I hope this helps you see it differently, if not. See ya when my ban's lifted. .

Due to the verdicts listed by the Moderators, I will be denying the overall appeal. However, considering your 3rd and 4th Offenses of RDM & Leave have been successfully appealed, I will be removing your global ban and keeping it to the local ban that has already been given. Since @J.T.Ripper gave his verdict as a denial, I will be setting your ban to that offense while the other two will be disregarded. I will be marking this appeal as valid due to your original ban appeal being focused on East 2, which @Machinekiller00 chose to accept.

Your global ban will be removed and you will be allowed on all the servers save for the offense J.T. Ripper assigned.
