I sat and read for many days in my free time, and played games through the night. Helped me get over the stress I was feeling.
I used to usually do it alone. I don't like to burden others with my problems because I already know that everyone else has their own troubles to deal with too so I turned to music and games, reading and writing to help get me through the tough times. Now I turn to the close friends that I love and adore. People like @Slicck @Mr. Rogers @Machinekiller00 @Sinz @Darktooth @Sir Lemoncakes @Smash @Ragman @Kyogre @weebs are the downfall of this community . These people are literally always there for me and without them now I would be lost. Their positive energy, good vibes and ability to make me smile even when I feel like shit is what makes these guys so special to me. They know exactly what to say and when to say it, know exactly what to do and when to do it and are overall just amazing people anyways. I love them a lot Thanks for the giveaway Togo.
I keep my head up high, and ignore the thing causing me stress and just try to make it go away it usually works @Wompzilla @LadyLag also get me through tough times with there friendly funny personality.
Usually I sleep to get through the hard times, I'm much like Clinton with her emails, I sort of just disappear for awhile.
To get through the hard times i have always just surrounded myself with friends and when i'm not doing that i read, listen to music, or play games.
Usually, I sleep to get rid of the pain and sadness and wake up happy as usual. But my computer also played a big part in helping me facing hard times. Interacting with my buddies online especially buddies on SGMOD and playing games such as league and GMOD helped me alot and cheered me up every time I get sad. (Thanks computer )

well some months ago i had some realy rough (emotionaly) days ... i told my dad ... and he told me to grab as many old pirctures that i can fit in a backpack and get to him ... (happely divorced parents) ... and we just watched through all the old pictures of me my brothers and my family ... that did rly lighten my mood ... every person should have an emergency plan like that for the realy bad days ... its not good to stay in a negative mood for 2 long ...
I just concentrate on good things and blank everything else out. I've just recently split up with my gf of 4 and a half years which is pretty shit tbh but it's a part of life I guess. Everyone's always going to have their good/bad times. Talking to my mother helps a lot too, she's the only gal I need in my life>.> What's up buddy?Let me know on steam when you get the time
I always found drawing to be a very great way to deal with stress. I also have a bad habit of biting my nails..
I don't like to reveal when I'm actually in a bad mood. I've never been in a bad mood when using these forums before , so you people wouldn't know . I just watch some videos on YouTube (good gaming videos/music/anime) or just sit down , lock my room for 4 hours and read a Harry Potter book.
