Why you should be unbanned:

Because it was not rdm.​

Evidence of Innocence:

It was terrortrain map (or something like that). I was looking for weapon, i found HK (i think), some guy was going to drop his weapon and take it, but i was faster i got HK first and then he stated blocking me (revenge for "stealing" weapon ?). he blocked doorway with his body before round started, i couldn't get out, i was trying to push him with crowbar but it didn't work. I was blocked for like 20-40 sec, i think anastasia tried to help me with that trol and she tried to push him too. I was annoyed so i hit him with my crowbar and tried to type in chat "gtfo" but he attacked me and i was almost dead (i'm not sure but i was 20hp after he attacked me) so i killed him with my gun. Admin tried to slay me, but i was pissed off so i quickly left server. Admin who banned me was trial i think, he was very overwhelmed by server and he couldn't handle. If trolling, ghosting and blocking is allowed on this server, let me get that slay, i'll wait this time.

PS: Sorry for my bad english, i'm from poland and english is my 2nd language.

btw. Why ban 4th offence for 51? days, it was my second "rdm" and leave. If you'll count Vanilla server too it would 3rd offence not 4th.​

With this information alone I could tell you that there were no errors in my judgment. You hit someone when you didn't have a valid reason to, you left very quickly after being slain, and you have quite the history considering it only started up again about four weeks or so ago. I also personally witnessed some behavior from you that was really off-setting to me that leads me to believe you have malicious intent. If you remember, you'd reported a person for damaging you on Metropolis when you were at the fence. The issue is, I saw you bait the person into shooting you. I'll be honest with you, I can't think of any positive reasoning that might be behind this, and as I said before, it only leads me to believe that you have malicious intent and that you are here to cause trouble. This in mind, along with the nature of the RDM and your recent history, I will be denying your appeal. You can discuss a localization/reduction with @Lemon, who globalized the ban. I'll be locking things up here.
