What you were before the update is irrelevant, everything is smoothed out by now, your former rank just has a different name.

No I was a global and then my friend got caught using hacks and got this account banned while I was on vacation to Italy.

I made a new account after a 2 months of refusing to play and got placed in mge and after loosing up on CS got myself here.

So, you got boosted to Global by a scripter.

Then started hacking on your account. You don't get Overwatch or VAC banned by playing with hackers/scripters.

 

Hackers at global rank got me deranked. It's not like I care about MM anymore.
