Invalid Report against Navi

Reason For Report:

Wrongful slay. his T buddy tried to kill me and so i shot back with the DB but i missed and hit Navi instead. i asked for damage logs he refused at first but then he said that damage logs were bugged, which begs the question how did he know if i was telling the truth without having damage logs?
on another note he also refused to slay someone who rdmed me nor did he say what his response was after i asked repeatedly. i have filed a 2nd report against said player.​

Evidence And/Or Witnesses:

sadly i dont have damage logs because he didnt give them to me. i also didnt record the round.​

 

I'll go ahead and tag @Navi the annoying fairy to present his evidence and his admin @kynwall to decide the verdict of this report. They will respond when they can so until then, thank you for being patient.

Hey there angel I do thank you for the time it took you to fill out this report.
So I was to clarify that I was on the opposite side of my t buddy when she shot you. So, it wouldn't and couldn't have been crossfire. Again I do understand the confusion but know I will leave the verdict up to my admin. Sorry about the confusion and I hope you enjoy the rest of your day/night/evening.

 

Thank-you @angelj93 for taking the time out of your day to make a forum report against my Moderator. I regret to inform you that this case cannot continue without solid evidence from what went on. Both parties are aware of this and I urge staff members and players to record their games for when they witness supposed staff abuse.

@Navi the annoying fairy is aware of this situation and will do his best to ensure that this will not happen again, I apologize on both his behalf and my own for what has occurred however, this report is invalid.
