I believe I was banned for RDM'ing and leaving, however I thought you could leave after serving your slay which is what I done. I'm sorry for any confusion I caused, also the RDM was a complete mistake.​

Hello Liv. Thank you for making a appeal. Unfortunately I am away from home and I am unable to respond to this appeal and I won't be back until Sunday night. I will tag my admin @CDriscoll in this appeal and I will leave it up to him to make the call to unban you or not. if he wants to life the ban for now, until I get back at the end of this weekend. I will be able to provide my evidence of why you were banned for rdming and leave.


Note I'm my not even sure of that's something we can do but I'll at lest put it out there.

 

As the ban is for the second offense, and you'll be returning in only a couple of days, we'll just wait for you to return and can present your evidence.

 

I don't recall ever being banned before, in all I'm completely confused here. Yes I RDM'd I understand however I was slain for RDMing then left the server after being slain.

 

You were banned in March for your first offense of RDM and Leave by @Admiral Draco [Addy], meaning this would be your second offense. In this situation, if you had left directly after you had been slain you would indeed be RDM and Leaving. Once slain, you must stay for the rest of the entire round you were slain on.

If you believe SuperUnHappyFace banned you on false, biased circumstances, you may file a report on him using the report section of the forums. Please wait until he provides his evidence before doing this, however, as I can assure you that he had reason(s) for his ban.

 

Oh, I'd no idea that's how it worked. I thought if you'd left once you'd been slain you were all good, well now I know. Also I don't remember even being banned in March but I could imagine what happened here is what happened then, shame.

Okay, again sorry for the delay just got off a 13 hour work day. so let's get to this appea.

As you can see in this report you said you killed him because he was afk, to be able to kill a player that is afk you must wait for over time ((over time is 4 minute in to the round or 5 if your on the villain servers ) to be in affect.

After i had slayed you, you waited until you were slain and then left, seen here.



Now i know you didn't understand that you had to stay for the whole round of the slay but as CDriscoll has already told you, you must stay for the whole round of the slay and so because you had left you earned yourself a rdm and leave ban.
Seeing it was your 2nd offense this led it to be a 2 week ban and because it is your 2nd offense i will be denying this appeal as well.

You can play on our other 6 servers for the mean time though and again sorry for the delay on my part.
