Invalid Report against Shark

Alrighty, now that I've reviewed the evidence provided by you, as well as some of my personal .dem files that I managed to record, I'll tag @pigergast as they were also involved with Sharks actions, they both were using explosive props to interfere with game-play for three map rotations, the third being TTT_Bowling; as well as using the Axe on Rooftops.
I'll await for Pigergasts response for a 24-hour period as to why they decided to help Shark with their "trolling" before I make my final verdict.

The axe isn't trolling since I usually do it preround and drop it on the ground, I'm never intentionally running the axe into people. If that constitutes trolling why even have the axe spawn before the round begins like the diamond blocks on the Minecraft map.

Running around with barrels was pretty fun though, if a T shoots at you they usually blow up the barrel(and hopefully themselves) but due to gmod shitboxxery you don't die from the blast. Do note I wasn't pushing anyone off the roofs. Also as you noted in the 513000 I would have blown you up if you didn't roll T with me and that instance falls under pre-round. Pigergast is unaffiliated with me, for some reason after they exploded themselves with a barrel they started copy catting me hard though.

If any of what I was doing was against a rules there were a mod and an admin online at the time that could have told me to stop.

 

The axe comment was pointed at kynwall since he mentioned it. If people didn't want to explode they could simply move away(instead of everyone clustering around the guy with the barrel), I usually only follow one person around.

Edit: In addition to your comment about there being "no cops around" isn't that exactly what a mod and an admin are? There were cops around, if it was something against the rules they should/would have spoken up or kicked me from the server. If Traitor Baiting with a barrel is bannable/reportable why is that not in the rules? Everything that isn't kosher should be codified so there are no grey areas that have to be interpreted by the whims of whichever mod/admin are online at the time.

 

Alright, thank-you kindly for giving your side of things and unfortunately Pigergast is inactive on our forums, I'll continue on with my final verdict.

As much as this is a nuisance for some players and if taken to extremes can be considered trolling, this case is not one of those. After reviewing the evidence provided and looking through my personal recordings it's not gone to the extreme, I do warn you to be careful in the future when trying/doing "different tactics" in finding T's, as you so claim, as the explosive props are not meant to do so and can cause Mass RDM chains, harassment, trolling issues, etc.
