When was I even banned?? I don't think I was even on the server in about a week and I've never RDMed and left?

As Gorgamel said., you where banned for Rdm and leave first offense.

Here is the report you had on you. You had killed a player with a discombobulator and responded with what you see in the report.
I then Slayed you and in the middle of your slay you left, As you can see on this other screen shot down below.




Seeing it's only your first offense i would just have you join in and serve your slay but seeing your ban
will be over within a day, I will be Denying your Appeal.

For the mean time you can player on 1 of our other 6 server we have.
