Thank you for applying to be staff here on Serious GMOD. We appreciate every individual application, and we love to help our members achieve their desire to help the servers stay clean.

Here on Serious GMOD, we strive for our moderators to be professional in all environments. In the past 14 hours of you being a moderator here, you've posted memes in shoutbox, hacked @Highwon's computer, deleted the mainframe and calculated the variables, and played Garry's Mod for 9 hours straight in spectate mode without the AFK tag. These actions were unacceptable, but they can be improved upon.

The bond between you are your administrator should be very strong, and we would want every admin team to be a "family" of sorts, so that our staff feels connected. Calling your admin a "white boy" and claiming he looked like the kid from Home Alone was hilarious, but not acceptable as a staff member here. Please continue to do so in the privacy of your steam chats, but not in shoutbox.

On top of all of this, mainting high activity in Garry's Mod is one of the most important qualities of a solid moderator, and we constantly hound on our moderators to make sure they are hitting their individual hour requirements. I'm not sure if stating "Fuck Garry's Mod, I'd rather ride a dinosaur" was an okay statement to say to your administrator, especially as you're currently hitting -4.2 hours in the past 2 weeks, as shown below:



We really appreciate the hard work in effort you put into becoming staff here, but I do not think this is going to work out.

Accepted as a full Lead Administrator.
