To whom it may concern,

I was playing TTT server, when suddenly i got banned for ghosting. I have no idea why and how.. 15 minutes ealier i was a T and the LAST Traitor was AFK from the beginning on the round. So i send !p message to one guy alive(i think he was a d, idk) to kill him, cause people were walking around for more than 5 minutes and couldn't find the afk ,who was in the dark. I read rules and after the haste time (run out time) it is allowed to say, that the last T is afk and to kill him. Am I wrong? I am new to this server and community and I really liked to play there with you people. I sincerely apologise if I made a mistake and I ask for mercy. I read the rules (which appears during loading of the new map), so did i misunderstood the rules?

Thank you for your reply. I didn't want to ghost or do anything wrong. Last traitor was AFK and people were waiting endlessly and according to rules it was all right. I don't remember if it was haste time or close to it, sorry.

 

Thank you filing this appeal the reason for your ban was you told a non-staff member that the last t was afk and where they were when there was 2 moderators @Diehard01 and myself on at the time of this incident which is ghosting and this is indicated by the report filed by @Soul if a player is the last t and afk instead of informing non-staff players you should have informed us so we could handle it by force spectating them this would have allowed you to avoid this kind of ban in the future as such I will be marking this appeal as Denied as even if you did not know how to post to adminchat you knew how to pm

 

Yes, i knew how to pm because i asked about this yesterday. I had no idea there were any moderators online at the moment. I checked Tab and there was nowhere any indicator that an admin is online or even in server. I only ask for understanding and forgiveness. is that too much ask for? I had good intention and I wanted to do it lawfully as possible. I admit i know how to !pm and I had no idea he is non-staff member. i just pm to him ,cause i trusted he will know what to do with this situation..

 

If you looked on the tab menu as you said you would have seen the player you messaged did not have the label Mod, Admin, or Lead Admin next to their name and I was active on the server at that time which was indicated by me issuing slays prior to this event in fact I had been active for the past couple of maps on the EU2 server prior to this incident I understand you made a mistake we all have made mistakes but with the mistakes comes consequences which we have to deal with and yours ended up in this ban which will remain. I will now lock this thread and also we do have other servers you can play on such as EU vanilla, Vanilla, East, East2, West, and West2.
