Reason For Report:

Xspect was slain by @Noob999 for rdm during the time on 67thway. Xspect left during the round of his slay. @Noob999, even though I hinted time and time again that Xspect should be banned for RDM and Leave considering it is in the rules, never banned Xspect. @Noob999 knows this rule, he has demonstrated it towards me a while ago, so it is not like he forgot. @Ravin I do hope something can be done about the mod misconduct and the person that has left during slay. I have screenshots provided below showing the slay and leave, and, he is in the server again at 06:34PM unbanned.​

Okay so as this doesn't seem like a report against Xpect, and more a report towards @Noob999.

I'll go ahead and let @Noob999 know this is here so he can give his response and his admin @Ravin will respond with the final verdict.

It is a report against Xspect, but it is pointed at @Noob999 for his improper way with dealing with the situation at hand. Albeit I guess you could say I'm trying to kill two birds with one stone.

 

Do you have evidence that @Noob999 actually slayed him, since when we look in the logs, we can find no evidence of him being in the server at these times.

It is very possible that he joined with a slay, therefore Noob could not have banned him without a report/RDM log to go off. We cannot ban for people leaving with slays alone.

 

You do have evidence. Do not lie to me please. I was in the server the whole time, before the slay and after. It is in the logs, and @Noob999 did slay him while I was there and I remained in the server well after the slay telling him in admin chat that he should ban him as well as voice chat. I am baffled to see that you would even tell me this. You are trying to cover @Noob999's ass, why not just tell the truth? I would like it if other admins, especially @Ravin or even the owner took a look at the logs themselves without you, @Grace and @Noob999 tampering with any evidence. Xspect did not join with a slay, he was slain after him RDMing by @Noob999 and @Noob999 did not ban him for RDM and Leave. Please, you are a mod, you represent the servers half the time and you wanna try and pull this on me?

 

I was not trying to cover for him, I am simply asking since he was slain Round 1, but your logs show it was Round 3, but he isnt even shown as a player that round. I am of no bias, and am simply looking through logs.

 

The screenshot says round 3. Not round 1. Not round 4. Round 3. Xspect was slain on round 3, as the logs show in the screenshot. On the map is 67thway, he was slain. You can even see my admin chat where I say "Leaving during his slay." I do not take spastic screenshots to get 100% evidence. I took it that screenshot just to be safe if I had to report @Noob999

@Burgerpants i heard you chatting about reporting about noob999 before @hello my friend and trail mod joined server yesterday but i not sticking for anyone but if your mod or anything they busy doing reports ect as i can see @Noob999 was dealing with mic spam or something and maybe did not see your message or admin message that he left

Yeah, yeah. The fact is, he owned up to it and he is taking whatever punishment will come. Which I don't imagine is anything like crazy, just a warning or something. It's late, I am going to bed anyway so, this should be resolved by sometime tomorrow.

You would be correct, @Noob999 should have banned this player for RDM and Leave, 1st Offense and I will make sure he does when he is next online.

However, I am unable to determine why Xspect was slain to begin with. It appears the round before this map, Community bowling, was RTV'd as it only shows 2 rounds before DE-Dolls was playing, the player then joined on round 2 next map, as everyone seemed to be loading in round 1. Round 2 he had only thrown a frag which had damaged no one, then was slain round 3. This makes a total of... 4 rounds. I even went to the map before that, Minecraft and I am unable to locate the reason for the slay.

I will speak with Noob, but I do not see anything telling me why a slay was issued by old logs.

To Clarify confusion- He should have been banned if he did something wrong, or if he had done nothing wrong, he shouldn't have been slain to begin with. Noob admitted some fault here, but for what, I am unsure. But something was done incorrectly regardless.
