Hey there, I banned you for Hacking First Offense and @Guilty globalized it. I'll respond to this shortly.

 

Well then Plush, thanks for the patience. I'll go ahead and explain to you now what's going on, bear with me as we have a lot to cover.

The reason as to why you were banned for Hacking was a forum report submitted by DocturBrian which you can view here. The demos provided in the report range from not so suspicious to eye-brow raising sorts of suspicious. The ones in particular that I seem to be a huge skeptic of are the Demos labeled "b-games2" and "b-games5" as they're the ones that led me to believe that you were using external aid of some sort. I've had the more important parts of these two demos I've mentioned highlighted to demonstrate why this Hacking ban occurred.

Now let's get to the meat of things with the videos below. First, I'll be presenting the b-games2 demo to you as you can see below the video shows you gunning down two players, now this is quite peculiar seeing as you kill one player and immediately go to the next and proceed to gun him down effortlessly. A similar instance happens in another demo that Brian so generously provided as you were on Minecraftcity_v4 right before you ended the round in the b-games4 demo. Now, I will admit this may be a result of you being extremely good at the game, but this is only supplementary evidence to what comes next:




This video is a lot more effective in demonstrating my point, this would be the highlight of the second demo which comes from b-games5. In this demo one of the things you did was shot through the lavafall in Vanilla's Nether map and easily killed the player the who was hiding in the stone tower, quite the distance away from the lavafall. Then, just a bit afterwards, you tracked a group of players' movements that were underneath you as you were on the Traitor Area at the time prior to throwing an Incendiary Grenade at them, while that could be due to use of a radar, it's incredibly unlikely that you could track your mouse to where they just so happened to be going as they went to the highest floor of that building with only just a radar:





With that said I was unsure of this being enough evidence of hacking which is why in the report, I mentioned that I came to some of our Administrators about the issue and they reviewed all the demos provided and came to the conclusion that this ban was proper as too many factors were lining up for these instances shown in the demos to just be luck or skill. As I've stated previously there are too many pieces of evidence presented by Brian for this to simply just be disregarded as all of these pieces of evidence put together made it so that you received your ban and your ban was globalized due to your history:

I'll go ahead and await your response to the evidence provided, I'll also let @Guilty give his two cents if he so wishes. If you wish for me to provide more proof of these instances that led us to believe that you were Hacking, as the Demo "b-game1" also has a key moment in it as well. I will do so in order to show that these instances in the demos have an array of uncommon occurrences that are too suspicious to just disregard.

 

Well, i'm not hacking like you were thought.

In the second video, i just randomly threw an Incendiary Grenade and i forgot what's happening after that. And while i shot through the lava and killed the player who was hiding in the stone tower, it's because i saw the Info (name,karma,health status) of the player while AIMing, then i wait for a while to make sure my shot won't miss, after that, i shot him and i successfully killed the player.

 

For this particular video taken from the demo, notice how you aim at a few players. Going through some of the demos provided by @DocturBrian in his report against you linked here. From 3:27 in the video to 4:10 in the video, you pick up quite a few kills that normal players wouldn't act or react in. From 4:19 onwards is when I watch the demo in 50% speed. Keep watching and watch your moments where you snap towards the players and shoot them. Noticeably at the moment when you killed mmc0, you snapped unusually to the guy and shot him through the lava pillar. Let's finally move on to the end of the video is when you also snap towards the other player's head.

Just a note of advice for you: you can't see names through the lava pillar.

 

That snap while aiming probably it's because my high latency, my latency is high on this server (because the location is not close to my location).

Your current ping doesn't impact the movement of your gun. Especially if you're shooting like that. However, after hearing a few conversations with other players, it appears you can see through the lava pillar. My apologies for the mistake.

 

I'll be writing my finishing thoughts regarding this appeal tonight. Seeing as you have been on the forums after Guilty's latest reply and have made no effort to place any further comments, I'll be making my verdict then as well.

 

Alright Plush, with all that's been said I think I'll just go ahead and get to the point.

The evidence @DocturBrian provided for us was enough to conclude that these skills you've displayed in-game require aid of some sort. You have yet to reply to @Guilty's latest response, and have not provided any further argument or evidence towards your innocence regarding the matter. Most of these demos have at least one abnormal action that transpired in each and they just lead to too many suspicions. These kills with these sorts of movements are too strange to just simply dismiss as merely just skill, and have to be a result of some sort of external aid as I mentioned before.

The only instance you've proven us wrong in has been the lava pillar issue. Now, while I must apologize for not having this knowledge of being able to see a player's name, I do hope you understand that it's extremely strange to see a player miss so many shots at one point. You then immediately afterwards had an easy time with such strange snaps included with these kills. These skills you've displayed range from you using a Sniper Rifle to easily mowing down players with an AK-47 with seemingly no trouble whatsoever. As a result of the evidence provided thus far, as well as you not addressing all of our concerns in a way that would prove your innocence, I'll go ahead and deny this appeal.
