I didnt even RDM, there was a KOS on the guy in the nether..​

how could I even make a video or a foto from the game.. I received a call from my aunt she told me my niece was born so we got in to the car and drove of, that's why i left.. Then again i didnt rdm, there was a kos on the guy in the nether, the person that banned me pls respond ​

It was round 3, I was hanging out in the nether, when out of nowhere you popped inside and began shooting me.

Now, I was a little confused by this, as no one had seen me do anything, but your reasoning in the report helped me understand a little bit what had transpired.

Now, if you take a quick look at the rules, and specifically the part I have highlighted here, you will see that acting on the KOS that you did, was not allowed:


As we do not allow KOS's on location, and "KOS the guy in the nether" is in fact a KOS on location, which you acted on.

Before I could issue a slay for you, and tell you why you had broken the rules, you had already left the server.


So when you say, "I didn't even RDM, there was a KOS on the guy in the nether" you are actively admitting to RDM. Is this understandable to you?

I await your response before we can see if we can work something out with the ban.

 

Some one in voice chat said that a guy went in the T room, when I went in the nether there was a guy facing me with a newton launcher and 4 dead body's..
I cant prove anything, I only killed a T based on a KOS from another person.. I have no prove or anything for my innocence so yeah..

 

So now I had a neuton launcher out?

If that's how you want to play this, I'll upload my demo later today.

 

After checking my evidence, and specifically my demos, I seem to have nothing on the situation. Furthermore, logs show that I did have a neuton launcher that round.

So, if that was the reason you killed me (I had a neuton launcher out), and I have no evidence present that I did not, you have been unbanned, and the ban has been void.

I hope that you have learned to not KOS on location, nor follow KOS's on location, as just like I stated before you changed your story, that is RDM. And in the future, if your reasoning for killing someone is that they had a T-weapon, it might be a good idea to add that to the report response.
