I am getting really bored and Gary's mod is the game I usually play. I have been playing alot of minecraft since i got banned from all of the seriousttt servers. I will try and not to be a toxic player anymore. I have been off gmod for about two months i think, and i feel like i am ready to come back. Its all up to you if i do or not.​

Hello there SkilledSquid,

Thank you for being patient with me! Let's get into it.
So, for the sake of transparency here is your previous ban appeal that you made in regards to this ban.
Now you were banned on the 4th of January, a whole month ago so you have technically only served a month of this ban and quite frankly I don't believe that you are ready to come back onto the servers. Let me explain to you why.

Here I have a screenshot of all of your past offences (Note that the bans that do not have a server tagged to them are bans that occurred on East and East 2.)

Spoiler: Your bans

Now I have highlighted a key ban that occurred at the end of 2014. It was a 4 month global ban that you served completely. The end date of that ban would have been March 3rd. This is an important date because 3 weeks after this ban expired you already acquired a new ban for the use of "troll names". You then went on to accumulate another 16 bans after this one all in the span of a year. You also had 2 longer bans, one for 2 weeks and one for 4 weeks for "trolling". Both of those bans were global bans however you came back from each ban and continued with the same kind of attitude and behaviour and it resulted in more punishment as seen by your bans. Not only did you continue this behaviour on the servers, but you also carried it onto the forums. You were banned from shoutbox a couple of times and have now been permanently banned from using it due to your toxic behaviour and in your last ban appeal you showed little to no care for it at all, leading me to believe you were not taking it seriously.

Another thing that is playing into my decision here is your stats for slays, gags, mutes and kicks. I have attached them here

Let's just say that these stats are not good. You have been gagged 74 times alone, muted 24 times and even kicked from the server 15 times. One would think that they would learn after the first time that this toxic behaviour is not wanted on our servers, however you have time and time again, as seen in your bans I posted above, continued to not only ignore our rules but have pushed them to the limit.

You say that "[you] will try and not to be a toxic player anymore" but you have given me no reason to believe this. Your history speaks volumes. You came back from a lengthy ban, continued on with your toxic behaviour, and now we are back to where we started. Not only that but trying isn't really good enough at this point in time. You should be striving to come back and never be toxic again. You even vanished from the forums completely after I denied the last appeal and only now are you coming back simply to appeal the ban again. You have not really shown to me any positive change. With that all being said, however, I am going to allow for you to respond to this appeal before I come to my verdict. I want you to explain to me why you really do think you are ready to come back. I will await for your response.

you Are completely right, i have been toxic, and you probably shouldnt give me another chance. I am leaving it up to you.

 

Also I think i screenshotted my warnings for the jihads that lead to the karma bans. Some of those bans were lifted because i gave my evidence of innocence. Therefore some of the bans i am not guilty for.

I am sorry about the delay in my response, however I wanted to take the time to really think over this appeal and to decide what my best cause of action would be. Thank you for your patience.

If I am honest, I see no reason to lift this ban. Reading over all of your posts it seems you just have no real case. Saying something like this,

works kind of against you. I have not seen an apology for you behaviour in any of your posts, nor have I seen a real change in attitude. If you really wanted to come back, I feel as if you would have at least taken a moment to not only apologise for your behaviour but assure me that it would change. You have not done any of this. I don't think that this month that you have had off has been enough and so with that being said I will be denying this appeal. I don't believe that unbanning you would be the best thing to do right now. Nor would I think reducing this ban would be beneficial. As I have said, you have a history. You had a lengthy ban before and you came back from that without having learned your lesson. I am hoping that after this lengthy break you might. I want you to seriously reconsider the way you act when you are on the servers and forums because behaviour like this is not appreciated nor wanted on our servers. We want our player base to enjoy themselves whilst they are here and if there are players acting like you do, that not only ruin the fun but the mood for everyone else, it doesn't look good on us. I urge you to really rethink your behaviour and find some way to implement change.
