Answered KOSing on skins

So, on the servers, I've heard one admin say one thing and several mods say the other, and at this point, I'm just gonna make a thread about it. If this has already been done, link me and lock this, but yeah, I just want a definitive answer, can you KOS on skin, under any circumstance at all? Such as, only one donator on the server, or KOSing a VIP+ or higher skin if only one VIP+ or higher is on, and so forth.

Edit: Let it be noted, that I completely disagree with this, as it's as if you're being punished for supporting the community.

 

Unless Highwon has patched ranks being able to keep their skins, this is the only time.

 

It's come to my attention that members that donate for a month of elite or VIP+ can often keep their skins (due to a glitch?) after the rank has expired. Example: @Bailey with Deadpool skin.

Well, because of the glitch I mentioned a rank-less user could have an Elite skin which would render the possibility of a KOS on skin invalid.

 

- This has, at least to my knowledge, before it was called a store they were Donator perks, meaning the three ranks we used to have. It is listed in the extended rules.

If a VIP+ is the only one alive, and there is no other VIP+'s, you can KoS on that skin.

Someone keeping the skin isn't intended, and they should lose those skins. (whats the point of being an Elite or VIP+ if you simply keep it when the rank is lost.) If its a bug and highwon cannot fix it, then we may need to revisit that rule/discussion.

I was on at the time of the situation today and they kosed him@Mrs Swag Daddy.. I had the same skin (Moxi) and they kosed on his skin lacking the evidence of it being him, later I was asked by Swag to change the playermodel so I did, In this case it was indeed breaking the rules correct?

 

Did he patch it for deathrun to? I still have my weed trail on deathrun from when I was gold.(Sorry for asking just wondering)
