I was banned by Nema for RDM 4+, I argue that this punishment was unjustified and that I should be unbanned due to the reason being that I did not random kill 4+ people. the only RDM punishment I should be guilty of was for 1 RDM which involved a discombob being thrown by me which I take full responsibility of and should have been slayed. although at the time there were no mods or administrators on at the time, which was around ~7 minutes prior. Nema acted hasty and the ban was a knee-jerk reaction. for example the kill on War_Machine 2000 was an accident with crossfire from a player named roughly jjorffrey. I apologized to him in voice chat. the only player that I RDM'ed was STONY with a discombob. I dont recall the other kills that were considered RDM. probably self defense to be honest. Nema acted with a shoot first ask questions later mentality it seems from my perspective. as he/she did not question me and right when he/she got on started banning players. hopefully this should shed some light on the issue.

as a 5 day ban is totally unwarranted and I would love to resume play on the server.

I don't have access to the dmg logs, and I just started recoding in shadowplay ~30 before I was banned​

 

You were banned by @Nena for Mass RDM(4) please be patient while she gets her evidence.

 

There were 4 reports against you during that map and you only responded to one of them, after pming you and forced you to respond, you still left them blanked, so I banned you.
