Why you should be unbanned:

i was banned on west 2 for "ghosting" and i would first like to ask if they have any proof i actually "ghosted" and frankly if i did ghost you certainly need to be more clear of your rules. i private messaged the man in question Kynwall, Kill him! after a more than 12 minute match. he had just watched a man murder someone, and was preceding to drag out the match. i did not (this is copied word for word) Use third party chat to inform player of in-game events they ARE NOT YET AWARE OF. he was A. aware of the traitorous act and B. Still not killing him. so if i was breaking the rules, you need to be more specific in the rules about what "ghosting" is, because i was breaking no rules i was aware of. keep in mind that i would not normally do this, but this match had dragged on much to long. and i again ask for proof. innocent until proven guilty, am i right? P.S. i would be more than happy to carry out a slay or 2 or 3 if you wish. i do not know who carried out this ban.​

The player in question was Kynwall and he told me that he had someone standing infront of him when he got the message from you, I will tag @kynwall and allow him to provide anymore insight as well as any witnesses that were also there.

 

i know you cant but i think if you could look at the logs rabbit had already started shooting, as you can see soon after that, he calls out rabbit.

 

Hello and good day to you Mr.Eros I hope you're having a wonderful evening, so I will start off stating the rule for Ghosting via the Extended Rules; "Ghosting: Ghosting is the act of providing round related game-changing information to a player, or players, through means of third party communications. Examples of third party communications would be steam chat, !p (in game)..."
You had private messaged me in-game telling me to "kill him" when I was looking at the player Rabbit, I did not witness him kill or for that matter shoot anyone or rest assured I would have opened fire upon his person. As for your statement "as you can see soon after that, he calls out rabbit." he fired his weapon at me after you told me to kill him, thus my call-out, you also have the phrase "soon after that...", that in play must mean you are admitting to have private messaged me before he had done anything to warrant my action. Now to the second picture, in that screen shot I told you via voice-chat that what you had just done was considered ghosting and that was your response to it, "it aint ghosting its hinting" which to me is just ignorance to what our rules are when there were no Staff present at that time and playing the fool. Now giving a player that is still alive, and you yourself are dead, information regardless if true or false, is considered Ghosting and that my good ser is exactly what you have done here.
A witness to a private message ghosting is difficult but the only person I can think of who might have been around at the time would be @Abby-nyan who was in the game and I talked to briefly about the incident. I will now tag the Admin @Rozboon so he may review my response.

its nor ignorance of the rules, its a joke. to me and everyone else spectating you it was obvious he had just committed a traitorous act, and i pmed you whilst he was shooting you, just as he started shooting, and i dont record so i dont have any evidence, though i would have taken pictures if i thought i would get banned for it. and anyway your definition of "Ghosting: Ghosting is the act of providing round related game-changing information to a player, or players, through means of third party communications. Examples of third party communications would be steam chat, !p (in game)..." in no way was my evidence game changing. rabbit had already been kosed, if anything it was your sheer stupidity that you A. Didn't see him kill someone in the jail on 67th way and B.did not notice the kos. and im sorry if i considered you friend enough to not, 30 rounds later i might add, think "hey, that one guy, yeah that guy! i dont like him, i think ill get him banned"

 

With that I'll go ahead and close this up, you may want to have a bit of a refresher on what ghosting is, even saying "look at chat" or "Check the body" is ghosting and will get you banned, in this case you told him beforehand to kill someone that he had no prior knowledge about, your pm came in before he called the guy out.
