Why you should be unbanned:

I think i should be unbanned because I think 5 days is a little bit too much for what i did (Didn't do) I felt harassed by an admin and a little insulted so i said and did some things which i apologise for, sorry for my actions.​

@NomaD Considering I was directly involved with this I'd just like to post something before CDRiscoll posts.

You decided to RDM in the server, multiple times then denying it afterwards, even after CDRiscoll told you not to take it into your own hands, you then began harassing me, calling me a retard so on and when an admin (CDRiscoll) tried to sort it out you then went out and harassed him, refusing to let him explain the problem. CDRiscoll stayed calm with you despite the things you said to him. You didn't just "say somethings" you absoloutely went berserk and there was no need for it, he gave you about 20 chances to calm down and you kept going.

Yesterday when joining the server, there were multiple users spamming, and quite a few reports. Among those reports was one by you, in which you'd reported @Bloaty123 for killing you, after you'd shot and damaged him for committing a traitorous act. While yes, he did commit a traitorous act and gave you the right to shoot him, the moment you open fire on him, you're also committing a traitorous act and, in turn, may be killed as well. Simply because he had been committing a traitorous act doesn't mean that he needs to just peel over and let you kill him, it's just not how it works. Recognizing this, your report was marked invalid and I'd moved onto the next few.

After some time, you'd continued on to have Bloaty slain for killing you, and I'd explained multiple times why it wasn't RDM, why he wasn't being slain, and so on. Throughout this entire ordeal, you'd been nothing but rude, offensive, and provocative to other users and myself alike, and even took it upon yourself to blatantly RDM Bloaty for what you deemed "justice". While making jabs at me is fine, as I'm able to handle it while in a private setting, openly targeting other users, calling them names, and creating an overall bad environment to be around isn't acceptable. Being upset is okay, it really is, though the second you take that anger out on other users, it won't be tolerated.

This is absolutely false, and if you truly believe that you didn't harass anyone, or be even remotely offensive to anyone, that's an outside issue that I can't resolve. To maintain transparency, and show that I wasn't harassing you as you've attempted to make clear, I'll share screenshots of the chat logs from our entire encounter. All in all, though, throughout your time on the server there was too much leeway given to you, and you'd been given multiple opportunities to stop with the sarcastic, distasteful behavior.

Your ban is only local, due to this being your first offense, though I cannot promise that the next time will be the same. I'll be leaving this appeal open for your response before I come to a verdict.

I know i was being a C*nt and i know what i did was wrong but i was honestly going through a tough time and still am, i don't expect you to understand as you're not someone like me, i didn't mean the things i said and i am sorry for my words to both @CDriscoll and @Bloaty123 :/
