Im really sorry i never did that before!A friend visited me and he wanted to try out Gmod and i showed him this server because its my favourite one.He killed many people just for fun and than left with ALT+F4 before i could stop him.Im really sorry and it wont happen again.​

Normally, I would consider voiding your ban, but as you have an active ban from C.A.Anna for the same thing, I sadly won't be lifting mine unless she somehow is unable to provide proof of her ban and due to the quick succession of your bans and them both currently being active.

You left before I could ask you about this damage you shot on Davy Jones. You claim your friend was on your account and Alt-F4'd. however, nothing serious was done here and I didn't have time to inquire on this situation. Though- Regardless, what happens on your account is your responsibility. I recommend not letting your friend access your account anymore.

The T-Mod @hello my friend was with me at the time and we both could not determine why you had done this.

Firstly I wanted to thank you for being so patient. You appealed at a bad time for me as I was about to sleep but now that I have had some shut eye I can respond to this appeal. Secondly thank you for taking the time to appeal this ban. It seems in the mean time you managed to get another however which Ravin has already explained in his post above and it is clear to me that he will be denying his part. The fact that you got another ban has now played into my decision for this however before I give my verdict I shall explain what happened.

We were into the 5th round on MC Skycraft B2 when the following report was filed against you.

As you can see, you shot and killed the player PoMpAj. When I scanned the logs whilst I awaited a response from you, assuming that you were still on the server, I came across nothing that would warrant this kill. The player had done nothing prior to this like killing a player or shooting at you or t baiting so to me is appeared to be RDM. Shortly after this was filed you yourself died and so I waited for a response. At the end of the round I forced the report to you but it alerted me to the fact that you had disconnected which I didn't pick up at the time. Apparently you left almost immediately after you died which you can see in the following screenshot.

I waited until the very end of round 6 before I issued a ban onto you in the hopes that you would come back. However you didn't and as you never responded to the report and I saw no reason for you to kill this person I banned you accordingly.

Now there is something I would like to note here. In the original post to this you stated that:

However, at the time you were only appealing for my ban and as you can see you or your "friend" only RDMed one person. Your story does not match up in the slightest to what had actually occurred at the time. Either your "friend" lied to you or you are trying to make up a story so that you can get out of these bans, regardless, as Ravin already stated, what happens on your account is your responsibility and I caution you to be more careful in the future. When you appealed I contemplated unbanning you however, now that you have managed to receive a second ban I see no reason to.

If what you are telling us is true, you need to be more careful of what happens on your account. You are held accountable for whatever is done regardless of if you are actually playing or if it is your brother, sister or your best friend. It is because of all that I have stated above that I will be denying this appeal. Reflect on your actions and figure out a way to ensure this doesn't happen again because if it becomes a habit there will be a heftier punishment issued to you. I would also suggest you brush up on the rules just in case. We will be seeing you on the EU servers soon enough.
