Why you should be unbanned:

I was banned even though I was slain once after first rdm then I left after the next round​

Evidence of Innocence:

I was walking around looking for a weapon and then someone in front of me rdm an innocent bystander so I killed him because he did a traitorous act and then he reported me.His username was Legolastiwink​

 

Hey there. Looks like you were banned by me. I'll respond to this appeal as soon as possible as I'm currently not home, appreciate the patience.

 

Hey there RealGamer. Thanks for taking the time to appeal your ban on the forums but let's get to why I banned you now to clear up any possible confusion you have:

We were playing on our EU 1 server and on the map Minecraftvillage_v1m6 while I came across this report against you by the player you mentioned in your Evidence of Innocence section who I will just stick to calling Lego:

As you can see above you claimed that Lego RDMed a player and as a result thought he was a Traitor. Now normally this would be a fine reasoning to kill a player for as intention is very critical while playing on our servers when you decide to kill a player. But the problem that contradicts majorly with your logic of killing Lego is the following screenshots:

As you can see above in said screenshots Lego did not kill anybody that round nor did he damage anybody according to the logs so since you did not give me further explanation. I then went ahead and placed a slay on you as I should have, considering your reasoning was faulty in this instance. The only kills that occurred prior to you killing him in the last 20 seconds were by the players Jac13579 and Noobs!! so the possibility of you killing him for any RDM he supposedly caused is very unlikely. So here's the next thing I'd like to address where you said this in the Why you should be unbanned section of your appeal:

The contradiction with what you said here is in this screenshot that goes to prove otherwise:

In that screenshot above you are able to see that you did in fact leave during your slay and before the round was over, as a result I gave you the next round to come back only to never see you return. So I went ahead and banned you for RDM and Leave Third Offense. What I do find peculiar though is this:

Your history is less than impressive especially considering you've only been playing in our servers since the beginning of this month. So before I decide on further action for this appeal, I want to hear what you have to say for yourself. You've garnered approximately 40 or so hours on our servers. I would expect you to have gone through our rules and protocol enough to understand the consequences of your actions and what we expect from players on our servers.

 

I didn't see that. I had the intention to kill the t then I had to reply to a message on skype when I came back the screen looked like lego killed the guy (my computer lags a lot because its old)and the reason I had to leave was because I had to go out for a while because I'm very busy but I hope you understand. And I did not clearly see who killed who.(My internet is slow as well).andi have only downloaded this game only one and a half months ago so please forgive me because I have no idea what I'm doing.

After discussing the matter with my Admin @BmTron I've decided that the ban will stay, but it will not be globalized. So that means that you're free to access any of our other servers in the meantime, but I will warn you, due to the number of bans that you've accumulated in less than a month if you happen to commit another bannable offense there is a very likely chance you will be banned globally across all of our servers due to your history in such a short amount of time. So I hope you heed my warning and do not stir up any trouble on our other servers as I had originally planned to global this ban, you've got one last shot in the next few months to improve your behavior on our servers to avoid any harsh punishment.

If you fail to comply with this chance you've been given just take note there will be heavy consequences in the future. So as I said I'll be denying this appeal, and the ban will stay as it is with no further action taken.
